The radiofrequency(RF) assisted liposuction device takes a different approach via

internal rather than transcutaneous application of RF energy.

“BodyTite uses RF energy in the same way that we use laser energy to interact

with the fat to ‘melt’ the fat cells,” he describes. “I’ve been using the prototype

device on the body and have seen very promising results — and the company is

currently working on a handpiece that will be able to treat the face as well,” he

adds.
