For more than 30 years Aromatherapy Associates, a truly British

brand, has been specialising in harnessing the natural healing

powers of the finest natural ingredients, purest extracts and

essential oils to include in their products and treatments.

Combined with their many years of experience as therapists they

have seen first hand how essential oils have effectively enhanced

the state of people’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Their renowned and award-winning products and treatments have

transformed the aromatherapy experience into something highly

effective yet luxurious and exceptional.

Any treatments or spa packages booked require a 50% deposit of

the total treatment charge at the time of booking; the remaining

50% will then be charged on the day of your treatment.

Please note this is a non-refundable deposit unless 24 hours notice

is given for cancellation.

Cancellations of spa packages must be made 7 days prior to your

booking. If the notice is not given the deposit will be non-refundable.

Please ensure that you arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes prior to

your appointment in order to make full use of your treatment time

and consultation.

Arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced.

Please note: The treatment times stated also include consultation

and aftercare.

We recommend booking treatments at least 24 hours in advance in

order to avoid disappointment.

Body Treatments

ULTIMATE AROMATHERAPY EXPERIENCE - 60 MIN/90 MIN

With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment works from your head to your toes, it will dissolve away all of your stress and tension.

It may be taken as a 60 minute or 90 minute massage ritual. In the longer treatment extra attention is given to the facial massage.

This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

THE ULTIMATE AROMA BACK MASSAGE - 30 MIN

During this tension easing massage your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to the back, neck and shoulders helping to stimulate the nervous system while relieving muscular tension, aches and pains.

This signature massage is designed to alleviate deep-seated tension and muscular stress.

NOURISHING SCALP MASSAGE (add on 15 min) - 30 MIN

A nourishing hair oil is massaged into the hair and scalp as part of an Ayurvedic head massage. Working on the muscles and pressure points of the head, tension is released and a deep state of relaxation follows.

INTENSIVE MUSCLE RELEASE - 30/60 MIN

This deeply restorative treatment is specifically designed for tight, stressed and aching muscles. Swedish and cross muscle fibre massage techniques, with stretching and draining, are combined with essential oils known for their beneficial effects on the circulation.

An intensive massage that works deep into stiff, tight aching muscles to release pain and tension.

CLEAR YOUR MIND - 60/90/120 MIN

Calm a stressed and confused head with are freshing yet soothing experience for body, mind and soul. A combination of a camomile and olive grain scrub to refresh legs and feet, followed by spiritually uplifting inhalation of frankincense and a traditional aromatherapy massage to target symptoms of stress.

You are then treated to an Ayurvedic scalp and facial massage which works on your complete wellbeing to relieve anxiety and emotional exhaustion.

Perfect for times of stress and over activity, this treatment helps the mind unwind and refocus, getting you back on track.

ACHING FOOT RELAXER - 30 MIN

Feet and lower legs are brushed, soaked, exfoliated. Gel and oil are massaged into the skin. Cuticles and heels are deeply nourished with natural plant oils.

Aches are eased and feet feel light.

Scrub Treatments

INTENSE NOURISHMENT - 90 MIN

An intensive salt and coffee body exfoliation stimulates the circulation and sloughs off dead cells to revive dull tired-looking skin. Hands and feet are given special attention with applications of rich vitamin E oil to cuticles and heels and a freshwater mud mask to truly soften and condition the skin.

Your body is layered in hydrating and mineralising marine algae and then massaged, Swedish style, with a blend of four highly nourishing plant oils. Skin is then protected with velvety moisturising body butter. Finally a scalp massage dissolves tension and stress so that mind and body are nourished and rejuvenated.

ULTIMATE DETOX REVIVER - 60 MIN

This invigorating treatment is specifically designed for those looking for an intensive body detox. The perfect therapy when you are dieting, feeling sluggish and lacking energy. The ultimate trilogy of body brushing, exfoliation and mud

mask stimulate lymph, remove dead skins cells while re-mineralising the skin.

BESPOKE SKIN POLISH - 30 MIN

A relaxing all over exfoliation and layering of richly nourishing products to leave the skin looking radiant and feeling wonderfully smooth.

ULTIMATE ROSE PREGNANCY MASSAGE - 60 MIN

Using the traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage for the upper back and paying particular attention to tight shoulders, this massage helps to relieve stress and tension. The legs are massaged to ease the heavy feeling that can come with pregnancy and a full scalp and facial massage, with treatment oil chosen specifically for your skin type, completes this top-to-toe treatment.

ROSE HYDRATOR - 60 MIN

The treatment begins with a gentle olive grain exfoliation. Nourishing oils are applied to cuticles and heels and then the body is layered in a hydrating and regenerating rose gel.

A moisturising and softening mix of oil and cream with evening primrose oil and shea butter is smoothed on before being left to penetrate with the body’s own heat under a wrap. An Ayurvedic scalp massage with frankincense inhalation works simultaneously on the physical, mental and emotional aspects.

This treatment leaves your skin radiant, soft and smooth and your spirits bright and uplifted.

INNER STRENGTH - 90 MIN

The Inner Strength treatment is ideal for anyone experiencing their own personal trauma, or simply those needing a nurturing treatment to help draw upon their inner strength.

The treatment begins with a frankincense inhalation, followed by a foot cleanse with heated mitts. A rich, deeply nourishing oil, is then applied to the palms of the hands and soles of the feet, followed by paraffin wax, renowned for its comforting properties.

The back and legs are then treated to a deeply nurturing massage with Inner Strength Body Oil, followed by the application of paraffin wax.

The treatment goes on to work on the face and scalp, including the incorporation of hot stone placement and massage techniques designed to deeply comfort, nurture and support.

THE SERENITY INDULGENCE - 120 MIN

An exquisite experience with a combination of our Bespoke Skin Polish leaving you skin wonderfully smooth followed by an Ultimate Aroma full body massage with your chosen oil to help de-stress and relax your entire body.

To end your journey with the Serenity Indulgence the therapist will then apply your chosen products to suit your skins needs to leave you feeling uplifted and balanced.

A bespoke facial, designed to suit your individual skin needs. A combination of the finest pure essential oils and plant extracts are applied with specifically designed massage techniques, to restore and recondition the skin, leaving the complexion smooth and luminous.

AGE REPAIR FACIAL - 90 MIN

True to Aromatherapy Associates’ skincare philosophy, your skin is prepared by cleansing and exfoliating with jojoba beads or corncob granules. It is then massaged using apple seed extract, raspberry seed oil and date palm oil which are renowned for their cell renewal and anti-oxidant effects. Two masks are applied, arose gel to hydrate, and an intense strawberry seed and frankincense mask to firm and plump. Whilst the masks take affect, the eye area is taken care of with a lymphatic massage to improve skin suppleness and elasticity. For ultimate luxury your scalp is massaged to release stress and tension.

Nails are analysed and treated for their specific type. Jessica’s prescriptive manicure includes exfoliation, massage and cuticle care. Nails are beautifully shaped and treated with a prescriptive basecoat before finishing with the perfect polish.

EXPRESS PEDICURE - 45 MIN

Hard skin will be removed, feet and legs will be massaged with deep conditioning creams leaving them softer and smoother, your cuticles will be groomed and your toenails will be beautifully shaped. Ready for your chosen colour to be perfectly applied and is yours to take home.

Terms & Conditions

If you are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be refused your treatment.

You must declare any surgery that has taken place in the last 12 months before your appointment, as the therapist cannot take responsibility for any injuries sustained during your treatment. If surgery has taken place in the last 12 months, your treatment may be canceled.

If you suffer from any medical conditions, we advise that you consult your doctor prior to any treatments.

Massage treatments are available for 16s and over but we do have a selection of suitable treatment for our younger clients please see inside the spa menu.
