3 MAIN ROUNDS Round 3 (the last week of the month): (4 contestants left)
divided into small rounds again, took place in a hall.
r1: choose question packs to answer and guess the main theme.r2: Conduct before the judges' situation.r3: a form of game with high antagonism. For example: give 2 contestants a plan and they have to assess the pros and cons of it.

•Hard to find the judges with enough technical and language skills•The budget is so big and the process is quite long for our thin human resources
OBJECTIVES Create a competition for student to
learn more about their potential Help students to experience more in
leadership. For BEC :Organize a big competition to
help gain more experiment and reputation
BIG IDEA Everybody has hidden factors . We call them
talents . It is decoded like your DNA and what about the others, who do not have it inborn. Our aim is not only to help you dig it up but also give you a chance to decode it by yourself – It is “The L-factor”, the factor of a leader in you.
