RAPID DRILL TRD SERIES – FIXED BED-TYPE

Equipment: • automatic X- Y and Z -axis, driven by servo-motors (programmable) • Spindle turning driven also by asynchrony motor of 8,9 kW or servomotor 4,4 kW. • Column movement controlled “Z” (include fast approach in m/min. and 2 feeds in mm/r.) • Speed and feed variable, adjustable and change in automatic. • tool-ejector • coolant attachment • Auto-lubrication elements in all axis. • Automatic tapping system included. • Spindle BT40 with automatic clamping. • Automatic tool calibrator.

OMRON 8.4” colour touch-Screen and PLC Sysmac CJ2M CPU14. • memory for up to 999 coordinate-programs. • programming of coordinates through 3 dialog-menu’s

o single-hole (random pattern) o grid of holes (single or multiple lines) o flange

• 50 programmable zero-points. • 3 axes controlled (X,Y,Z) – Depth (Z): Is possible to program different speed for any part of

column descend. (One speed some m/m, faster/slower other part,….) o Plates drilling cycle. o Profiles cycle. o Thermal drilling cycle. o Tapping cycle. o Small milling jobs cycle. o Chamfering cycle.
