Welcome! The following pages incorporate the new look of the Travelers Agribusiness System (TAgS) screens with the Travelers Agribusiness Process Manual. These screens represent the first phase of our updates to the Agribusiness System. It should be noted that there are additional enhancements scheduled that will make some of the screens more intuitive and user friendly. We would also like to take this opportunity to point out how some of the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screens work (see the sample screen below). ESCAPE also sometimes displayed as ESC: If you have not moved beyond the Activities menu screen K005 and you click on the ESCAPE button, you will be directed to the Function Menu Screen, K001 and the data will not be saved. If you have already moved beyond the Activities Screen, K005 and you click on the Escape button, you will be directed back to the Activities screen, K005, and the data entered on the screen you were on will not be saved. SAVE/ESCAPE: The ENTER/ESCAPE button follows the same navigation as the ESCAPE button, but will save the data input on the screen you are on before directing you back to Function Menus screen, K001, or the Activities screen, K005. FAST TRACK: This was not a working option on the host screens and is not currently available in TAgS. CL MENU: This is represented as PF9 on the host screens and directs the user to the Commercial Lines Menu screen. This option is not available in TAgS. CONTINUE: This button directs you to the next available Agribusiness Screen. You may also use the Enter key to move to the next available Agribusiness Screen HELP: This key will take you to the Agribusiness Help Screens EXIT: This button will close the TAgS application completely and you will be required to sign back onto the system.

On the K002 screen, you will see space for a Policy Number and an SAI Number that has pre-filled from the Submission Process. The rest of the information from the Submission Process has also been pre-filled.

You will not need to insert a policy number, one will be assigned through TAgS. This means no more looking for policy numbers, and that quote numbers are no longer needed.

The rating effective date will continue to default to the current date. It can be changed by the user.

Even though you see a quote number, you do not need to remember it (see above).

If you have already quoted a policy and want to continue on to issue that policy, you can do an Account, Policy Number or Account Name search, and the account will appear
