BOOKING CONDITIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATION 1. BOOKINGS/TICKETS

Can be made in person at our Jessop Close premises, by telephone or at one of our booking agents (in person only). These are Carrick Travel, 53 Cartergate, & Lincolnshire Co-op Travel, 24 Middlegate, Newark. As from 1st January 2017, tickets will be either emailed or need to be collected from our Jessop Close premises. Alternatively they can be posted out for an additional charge of 60p to cover costs. Please note - it is NOT necessary to have a paper ticket to board the coach.

2. PICK UP LOCATIONS Are available at several locations in Newark and Balderton (please ask our office staff for details of your nearest pick up point if you are not sure).

3. PARKING Is available on Saturday and Sunday only at our Jessop Close premises but NOT on weekdays (Monday – Friday). You can of course still be dropped off and collected here. Alternatively, there is a car park on London Road , Newark opposite our final pick up point or on Lovers Lane, Newark – the nearest pick up point to this being the Police Station Occasionally we are able to offer additional town/village pick-ups en route to our destination – these are denoted by the following codes listed next to the tour: APU/S = SOUTHWELL OPP CHURCH STREET CAR PARK, APU/COLL = COLLINGHAM THE GREEN, MEMORIAL HALL BUS STOP, SWINDERBY ROAD BUS STOP, APU/LBENN = LONG BENNINGTON ROYAL OAK, APU/F&B = FARNDON VILLAGE HALL & BINGHAM BUS STOP OPP WHITE LION, APU/CODD = CODDINGTON OPP THE PLOUGH, APU/OLL = OLLERTON BRIAR ROAD, APU/SOT&TUX = SUTTON ON TRENT THE POLICE HOUSE & TUXFORD SUN INN

4. SEATBELTS In the interests of safety and comfort, passengers should remain seated and ensure their seatbelts are fastened at all times which is now a legal requirement whilst the vehicle is in motion. In consideration of other passengers, use of MOBILE PHONES should be limited to essential calls only.

5. ALL seats on our excursions are strictly NON-SMOKING this became a legal requirement on 1st July 2007. Please note it is also a Travel Wright company policy that on all excursions NO alcoholic beverages are to be consumed aboard the coach.

6. CHILD FARES 14 years old are classed as adult fares; 3-13 years inclusive are child fares. 2 years old and under travel free of charge sitting on parent’s knee.

7. MIMINUM NUMBERS Are required to operate all the enclosed outings. Travel Wright reserve the right to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure if minimum numbers are not achieved in which case passengers will be refunded in full.

8. SHOWS/EVENTS Whilst every effort is made to seat passengers together at theatres/shows this is not always possible due to the seat numbers allocated by ticket agents.

9. SINGLE TRAVELLERS In order to maximise the load capacity on board the coach, should the need arise we reserve the right to move passengers travelling alone to another single vacant seat.

10. PUNCTUALITY Passengers should be punctual for outward and inward journeys, in particular we ask passengers to arrive at our depot 5 minutes before the stated departure time. Travel Wright cannot be held responsible if passengers are late and consequently left behind. Whilst we try and be considerate delays cause inconvenience to other passengers

11. CANCELLATIONS Unfortunately we do not offer cash refunds. When we are advised in advance of a cancellation we offer a credit note as follows: 7 days or more notice 90%,- 1-6 days’ notice 50%. on the day of travel - no refund. Credit notes are not issued for the value of admission/show tickets which TW have already purchased.

12. CHANGES TO ITINERARY As our brochure is planned many months in advance, last minute changes to the planned day (when we do not have time to contact passengers) are possible. We therefore reserve the right to make minor amendments if deemed necessary.

13. COACH - please note - whilst we endeavour to utilise an executive coach with w.c/washroom on all of our excursions this is not always possible and a standard recliner coach may be sent if necessary.
