CalCon2010 Battledecks

The Rules: Each contestant will present on the same general

topic: Illumination and Transformation

There are 11 unique slide decks of 12 slides each

Each contestant has 5 minutes to complete their presentation

Judges will score each presentation on 5 criteria and assign a final score out of 25

In the event of a tie, we will use the audience applause-o-meter

to determine a winner

The Judging Criteria:

Content and Credibility (did it make sense?)

Poise and Gestures (were they comfortable?)

Flow (minimal pauses and stammering)

Audience response (was there any?)

Getting through all the slides!

The Judging Criteria:

Bonus Points!

A total of 5Bonus Points

may be earned if the presenter

uses their subtitle in their presentation

*success is determined by the judges
