Transition Coaching
• Is a personalized one on one engagement which is completely
confidential.
• Coaching models used are based on NLP concepts , Brain
science research, CLI’s PCMK and NeuroLeadership (Results
coaching systems) Methodology.
• ROI (return on investment) or ROE (return on expectation) is
setup upfront in the engagement.
• Average number of sessions range from 10 to 12, though each
engagement is customized for frequency ( once or twice a
week) and number of interactions.
