Terms & ConditionsOccupancyOvernight accommodation is limited to the number of guests indicated on the “Guest Entry Form”.

Check in / Check out timesOur usual check in time is 12pm & checkout time is 10am

Cancellation/changesOur cancellation policy is that in the event of cancellation notice given 21 days prior to check in date there is no cancellation charge & your deposit can be rolled over to confirm bookings at a later date.

Damage deposit We do not ask for a damage deposit, but we do ask that you be responsible for any damage incurred to our property during your stay.

PetsUnfortunately Europa Condo policy does not permit pets.

Condition of property When you check in your apartment will be very clean & well presented, we do ask that upon check out, you will leave the apartment with dishes washed.

Facilities providedComplimentary guest entry pack coffee & creamer, 20 liters fresh filtered water, dishwashing detergent, charcoal for BBQ (if requested), Free unlimited Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Smoking Smoking is limited to the outside areas of the apartments. Ashtrays are provided in smoking areas for your convenience.

Limitation of liabilityOur liability for accident and or loss is limited to that proscribed by Philippines Dept of Tourism requirements.

NoiseAs we are located in a residential area, we do ask that you limit noise.

SecurityOur location is in a private gated condominium complex with 24 hr security. Please cooperate with security requirements when entering and leaving the subdivision. We value the security of all our guests.

ParkingEach apartment is allocated two onsite parking slots. located on the gravel area outside the condoIf one of the other apartments does not require the use of their parking slot & you have more than one vehicle, then you are welcome to avail of it.
