What do I need to know about travel requirements?

We recommend booking your travel as quickly as possible to secure the best airfare and to use the hotel links that we provide in the ProcessFest registration tool to secure the event rate at The W Bellevue and Westin Bellevue.

How can I reserve a hotel room?

On the Lodging page of the registration site, you will be asked if you require hotel accommodations and will find links to the two hotels – The W Bellevue and Westin Bellevue – where we have room blocks confirmed for a percentage of our expected attendance. If the blocks have been filled, we recommend following your company’s travel policy to secure a guest room in the downtown Bellevue core. While Seattle hotels may seem close by, traffic can increase Seattle/Bellevue travel times to more than an hour.
