• Analytics delivers when the culture is right
• Due to the wickedness of the culture problem, emerging fields like Analytics didn’t address it in the past
• Addressing cultures are showing good +ve trends, best practices are emerging
• The HDFS can be used to segment and target factors within culture
• Tackling Culture can be methodical and even analytics driven itself
• Teams must establish a framework to nurture an analytics driven culture
• Analytics teams must be empowered by knowledge and techniques of organizational behavior
• One size does not fit all, experiment, learn from mistakes, evolve!
