Core cutting lines: Tuboly-Astronic core cutting lines optimize core production. Automated

production lines eliminate the need for entire processing steps and ensure drastically

shortened processing times. Innovative solutions guarantee highest flexibility and output.

Through optimized solutions for changing wear parts and the consequent use of low-

maintenance components, these machines are ideally suited for long term use.

Depending on customer requirements di� erent concepts of core cutting lines are available:

Standardized compact machines: Type CCC• for the production of common core types at economical

investment costs

Modular machines: Type CCM• for highest fl exibility

High speed machines: Type CCH• for the production of fi nal stacked logs at maximum

output performance

Application range - from small distribution transformer up to the largest power transformer.

Our core cutting lines cover the production of cores for a few KVA to more than 1000 MVA. For this range, we o� er our machines in six di� erent sizes with 250, 450, 650, 850, 1000 and 1250 mm maximum lamination width.

Foil winding machines: Tuboly-Astronic foil winding machines allow efficient production and

offer excellent operating comfort. The technical standard ensures maximum availability and

is in accordance with the latest safety standards.

Wire winding machines: Tuboly-Astronic wire winding machines are leading in modern

winding technology. Semi-automated winding processes with operator guidance ensure top

quality manufacturing of your products. Modern control and drive systems in combination

with precise mechanic guarantee constant high quality.

Vertical winding machine with automatic o� set bending station

Vertical winding machines: Tuboly-Astronic semi-automatic vertical winding machines are

specifically designed for winding transposed disc windings with single or CTC conductors.

The winding program guides and monitors the entire winding process. All processing steps

and instructions are displayed on the touch screen monitor. As this machine pre-calculates all

stopping positions and automatically executes the bending, the winding time, compared with

conventional machines, can be drastically reduced.

Horizontal winding machines: Tuboly-Astronic horizontal winding machines are used to

wind coils for power transformers. The machine is operated by a PC-supported machine

control system which also allows transfer of winding data to the machine through a company

network. By the use of appropriate equipment all common conductors can be gently

processed.

Main machine features:

• Conductor brake systems for gentle processing of insulated conductors

• Constant conductor pressure is guaranteed with our radial and axial pressing unit

MRI winding machines: The machines are

used to wind the MRI coils with sensitive

supra conductor at highest accuracy.

Bushing winding machines: The machines

are used to wind the insulation bodies for

OIP or RIP condenser bushings made from

crepe or kraft paper and aluminum foil.

Corrugated fi n panel production lines: The fin folding and welding machine is a

full automated, PC-operated production

line to fold, form and weld corrugated fin

panels for transformer housings.

Main machine features:
