This edition of the Transfer Pricing Aggies Student Profile Book highlights 52 students who are now taking (Fall 2015) or have taken my INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER PRICING course (MGMT/INTA/ECON 663), and are looking for internships or full-time placement in transfer pricing. Each student has signed a FERPA release form, allowing public release of his or her information for purposes of job placement.

My 14-week (42-hours) course, International Transfer Pricing, is a demanding graduate seminar. The students are full-time masters and doctoral students at Texas A&M University, completing degree programs in the Mays Business School, the Bush School of Government and Public Service or the Department of Economics. We read the most recent professional and scholarly work on transfer pricing in addition to dissecting the IRS Section 482 Regulations and the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. The students engage in team assignments using Thomson Reuters OneSource Transfer Pricing Documenter and ktMINE’s Royalty Rate Finder, and study well-known transfer pricing court cases. The students review past ADIT Transfer Pricing exams and are tested weekly on class materials. Students who successfully complete the course are therefore well prepared to work in the transfer pricing field.

More than 150 graduate students have studied transfer pricing with me since 2007. Slightly more than 100 of these students have looked for transfer pricing careers and 75 have successfully placed in this field. Another 27 students are in closely related careers such as valuation and international tax. I hope that this new group of 52 Transfer Pricing Aggies will also find successful career placements.

If your firm is interested in employing one or more of these students, please contact them directly using the email, LinkedIn and telephone information on their profile page. Questions about the Profile Book or transfer pricing at Texas A&M University should be directed to me at [email protected]. The course syllabus can be downloaded from my LinkedIn page.

I would like to thank Jessica Pollio, Marilyn Santiesteban and Sanmita Nepal for their assistance with putting together this edition of the Transfer Pricing Aggies Student Profile Book. Gig’em, Aggies!
