The trampo ingredients are:

Majorcan green pepper

Majorcan onion

Tomatoes

Salt and oil

The trampo is a typical summer dish from Mallorca. It is a variant of the salad that it has the essential characteristic of a tomato base cut into small pieces and without any lettuce.

Page 4: Trampo

First, we dice the green pepper and chop the onion. Then, we take off the seeds of the peppers and tomatoes and dice them as well. Next, we put everything together into a bowl. Finally, we season it with oil and salt.

The dish is ready but it’s nicer if we leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
