Overview: This two-day course is a stand-alone practical course that introduces the key non-technical skills required of Site Supervisors. The main focus of the course is the development of people skills for Supervisors. This course meets one of the requirements set out by the SJIB for those electricians interested in becoming graded as a Technician Electrician.

Aim: The aim is to help Supervisors become more confident and effective in their role. This course has been designed for current and potential site supervisors.
