Employee Satisfaction (Non- Training Need)- WHY?1. Ufone using 180 degree approach. 2. The turnover ratio in ufone is 13% to 14%. 3. They give training to employees both internally 4. and externally but 10% focus is on internal training and 90 % on external training 5. Performance appraisal in ufone is based on Annual appraisal 6. No recognition given to deserving employees. 7. Some employees feel undervalued. 8. Low pay scale 9. Rewards are not attractive for employees.

Solution:

1. A proper performance management system 2. To motivate employees Ufone should organize employee s events, sports, anniversaries to increase presentation skills. 3. Use 360 degree approach 4.
