Natoli is President of Natoli Engineering Company, Inc., and has over 32 years of
t r o u b l e s h o o t i n g experience in the tablet
compression industry. Natoli has published articles for major pharma-ceutical publications and authored chap-ters in three books, including the “Tablet Specification Manual”, sponsored by the American Pharmaceutical Association. He presents lectures for universities, pharmaceutical associations and tablet manufacturers worldwide.
BILL TURNER Mr. Turner is the Technical Service Manager of Tooling and Tablets at Natoli Engineering
Company, Inc. Prior to that position he was the
Engineering Manager and Tablet and Tool Designer for 20 years as well as a Technical Customer Service Represen-tative for over 15 years. He educates and trains Natoli sales and service staff and conducts training seminars to the industry in tablet design, tool design, and troubleshooting, both in-house, and on site.
DOUG KIRSCH Mr. Kirsch is the Technical Service Manager for the tablet press division at Natoli
Engineering Company, Inc. With over 40 years
of experience in the tablet compression industry, he has been with Natoli for over 30 years and has trained press operators and maintenance techni-cians worldwide. He began his career training in the U.K. with Manesty machines and then served as a Technical Service Representative for Manesty tablet presses over 10 years. For the next three years, he served as the Mainte-nance Manager for tablet compression at General Nutrition Corporation.
DAVE HOLLERAN Mr. Holleran is the Direc-tor of Customer Service at Natoli Engineering Compa-
ny, Inc., overseeing all international accounts.
He has over 10 years of experi-ence in the tablet compression industry including Process Engineering Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, posi-tions previously held with Natoli Engi-neering. Mr. Holleran conducts training for tablet manufacturers worldwide focusing on troubleshooting and techni-cal support in tablet design, tool design, tool inspections, as well as steel types and tool coatings.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWERDuring the seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the different Natoli buildings for a closer look at the
manufacturing process of punches and dies from design to completion. Attendees are also able to get hands-on

RSFAZAL MOHIDEEN
Mr. Mohideen has 19 years in the formula-tion development business within the
p h a r m a c e u t i c a l industry, including 3
years as Senior Scientist at Merck Generics; 2 years as Manager of Formulation Development at Teva Canada; and 3 years as Manager, Techni-cal Sales for Natoli Engineering in Canada. Fazal has patents within the US, Canada and EU within his 19 years in the pharma business, and has developed over 400 molecules for Canadian, EU and US markets. He has many years of experience in product development, scale up processing, analytical trouble-shooting, dry/wet granulation, roller compaction, tableting, coating, and encapsulation.
ROB CARUSO Mr. Caruso graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in Computer
Science and currently provides software support
for Natoli Engineering Company, Inc. He has worked with Natoli Engi-neering since 1992 in a wide range of areas including Customer Service, Work Order Production, Accounting, Shipping and Tool Inspection. Since 1998, Rob has overseen the development of the Natoli Tool Management II (TM-II) inspection and tool control system, and has been involved in a number of areas including: software design and development; installation; and customer support.
DAVE PERRY Mr. Perry is an assistant plant manager for Natoli Engineering Company, Inc., and
has been with the company for more than
30 years. He started working at Natoli at the age of 18 and his past job duties include: stock polishing, oversee-ing the buffing department, hob produc-tion, running various manufacturing equipment, and department manager.
