REGISTRATION

Accomplish the attached Reservation Form and send it to us for acceptance and confirmation of your registration to the course of your choice.

Reservation for course slots is on a first-come-first-served basis and must be submitted at least ten (10) working days before the course.

FEES

Fees for Public Offerings are inclusive of food, venue, materials and course certificate unless otherwise stated.

Fees for in-house courses are exclusive of food, venue, materials and logistical requirements unless otherwise stated.

All course fees (public offerings and in-house) are inclusive of 12 percent VAT.

No reservation fee.

The DAP reserves the right to change the course fee and schedule without prior notice. PAYMENT

Payments made upon submission of accomplished reservation form on or before 15 working days prior to the course implementation are entitled to a 10 percent discount.

Payments may be made through cash or check payable to the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).

Payments may also be made through the Land Bank of the Philippines Pasig Capitol Branch Savings Account No. 0671-0105-40.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of reservation within five working days prior to the course will be charged 15 percent of the total cost of course fee.

Non-appearance in the training course without prior notice shall NOT be entitled to a refund. CANCELLATION OF TRAINING BY DAP

The DAP reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollees in the course at least one week before the scheduled date of the course or in case of occurrence of any unforeseen circumstance. In such case, the client is entitled to be rescheduled to a future training course or a refund.

The DAP is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant in the event of cancellation of a training course.

IN-HOUSE/ON-SITE COURSES

Training courses shall have a minimum of 25 participants.

Orientation courses shall have a minimum of 50 participants.

In excess of the minimum number of participants of the course, the DAP shall charge an additional fee based on the course fee per participant per day.

In case the client does not meet the minimum number of participants, the DAP shall charge the fee based on the total cost of minimum number of participants for the course.

Course duration and title may be customized according to the requirements of the client. CONTRACTING

Clients may opt to use the reservation form as a mode of contracting. For group/team reservation in courses that will amount to PHP 50,000 or higher, the client must attach a Certificate of Availability of Funds along with the reservation form. This reservation form shall serve as the contract between the parties and thus, binding.

A letter of conforme may be executed for requests with total amount NOT EXCEEDING PHP 500,000.00. Otherwise, the DAP and the client shall enter into a memorandum of agreement .
