•Yeshwanthpur is a sub locality in the north western part of Bangalore City. • It is located to the north of
Malleshwaram and west of Hebbal.
•The biggest wholesale market of agricultural produce, the Yeshwanthpur APMC Yard, is
situated in Yeshwanthpur. •Yeshwanthpur is 6km from Bangalore City Railway Station.

TRANSPORT Bus - Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation(BMTC) connects Yeshwanthpur with various parts of the city. It has a Traffic Transit Management Center. Rail- Yeshwanthpur railway station is a major railway terminal of South Western Railway connecting to major rail heads in the country. Bangalore Metro – Yeshwanthpur metro operates through Green line. IPT there are autos, cabs. CONNECTIVITY Yeshwanthpur is well connected from all parts of Bangalore. Traffic and Pedestrian management

•The subway is towards only one side of the road. •Due to the lack of visibility the commuters take the entrance which is facing the road to reach the railway station.
•The existing subway being encroached by street hawkers. •Subway is being used as a parking space for vehicles •The choking of drainage pipes has resulted in the burst and spillover, stinking •No proper drainage , lighting and security
