The screen behind Malorys desk plays the video while MALORYsits turned around at her desk with the remote. CYRIL andRAY sit across from her watching attentively. LANA standsnext to ARCHER who is drinking a highball.

MALORYWhat? Oh, he just goes on likethis for another twenty minutes.You dont expect for me to listento him spout his socialist nonsensetwice in one day do you?

LANANo, but I was hoping to betterunderstand his motivations.

An exasperated Malory sits, head resting on her hand, whileCyril reads from the companys portfolio.

CYRILWeve got a one hundred and fiftythousand deposit from Mister...Kranj... Krange car?

MALORYKran-char, and no, were notdisclosing that.

CYRILAlright, but you have to discloseat least some of this stuff. Ifanybody decides to take a look,youre gonna get taken to court formisleading shareholders.

MALORY

Lana stands and goes over a blueprint of the stock exchange.Ray, PAM, and Archer sit and watch with little interest.

The exchange floor is almostindefensible. Its front is onegiant window, its interior is alabyrinth of offices, and it has aton of points of ingress.

ARCHERDuh. Its a market. Youd want tohave a lot of ways in. Thats liketrading one oh one.

LANASo obviously were going to want tokeep them off of the actual floorto prevent damage to the equipment.

ARCHEROr we lure them into the open...

LANANo. The equipment on the floor iswhat were protecting, and Id liketo avoid a shoot-out nearby.

INT. HALLWAY -- CONTINUOUS

Archer and Lana walk down a hallway while Lana pores over theblueprints.

LANAI just dont see how we can coverthis room. Its basically one bigblind spot, and all the cover issuper fragile and super expensive.

ARCHERSo some collateral damage happens.

INT. KRIEGERS LAB -- CONTINUOUS

Lana and Archer enter and find Krieger sitting behind acounter. A glass container occupied by spiders sits attachedto the top of it.

LANAYou realize that collateral damageis basically why ISIS is broke...

Lana and Archer arrive at the counter.

LANA (CONTD)That and how often we have toreplace equipment.

KRIEGERYeah, if you could not break anymore surveillance equipment...

Krieger hands a bag of surveillance equipment to Lana.Archer notices the contents of the container.

KRIEGERGenetically modified.

ARCHER (CONTD)You dick.

LANASo, quick question: What are yougoing to do with those?

KRIEGERWell --

Archer reaches for the container, but Krieger slaps his hand.

KRIEGER (CONTD)(stern)I will show you in a minute!

(to Lana)Anyway, spider silk is pretty muchthe strongest fiber in nature. Youcan do all sorts of stuff with it.

LANASo are we gonna get some spidersilk vests or something?

KRIEGER

Eh, someone probably will.

Archer picks up the glass container, immediately realizingthat it doesnt have a bottom. The spiders scatter,disappearing under various pieces of lab equipment.

ARCHERDamn it, Krieger! Why the helldoes this thing not have a bottom?

Krieger hits a button on the side of the container causing atrap door to slide into place sealing it from the bottom.

ARCHEROh. Starting to get how this wholething works...

KRIEGEROh, no. They only live for acouple of days.

LANASpiders only live a couple of days?

KRIEGERGenetically modified ones do...They basically all have spidercancer.

INT. ISIS BULLPEN -- CONTINUOUS

Cheryl/Carol sits bored at her desk as Pam walks up.

CHERYL/CAROLDont you have like field agentwork to do?

PAMNah, Lanas going all controlfreak, so theres not much to do.Whats going on around here?

CHERYL/CAROLStupid busy work. Oh, and Imbuying the company.

PAMUh huh. You do realize that youcant just buy a company? Theyhave to want to sell it.

Lana is on the exchange floor setting up equipment with Pam.PATRICK TILLMAN, President of the NYSE, nervously supervises.

Yes, but is all this necessary? Wealready have cameras set up for youto utilize.

LANAActually yes. We need to installmotion detectors, heat sensors, anda laser grid. Its all here on thesecurity outline.

Archer, wearing a climbing harness, descends down the rope,stopping slightly above the floor next to Lana.

ARCHERIs that the one with the columns?

LANADont you have some heat sensors toinstall?

Lana smacks her hands together to signify that shes finishedwith the installation. Archer and Pam sit in chairs bored.

LANAAlright, thats the last of it. Iset up base in one of the offices.You two are on first watch.

LANAIts a stakeout, Pam.

PAMWell, why are we first?

ARCHERI dont know, Pam. Why are wefirst, Lana?

up earlier by Lana. Archer is carrying a gear bag.

ARCHERAs the experienced one here, Ivegot it covered.

Archer opens the gear bag to reveal a large collection of

assorted drinks.

PAMScore! Wait, are we allowed todrink on stakeouts?

ARCHERDont worry about it. With ourcombined alcohol tolerance, theresnot enough booze in Manhattan toget us shit-faced.

Cheryl/Carol, still unconscious, lays outside the door asMalory and Cyril speak inside her office.

Lana, carrying papers, meets Archer to trade shifts.

ARCHER(chuckling)

A few hours pass while Lana reads her material and reviewsthe part of the terrorist video Malory skipped earlier.

TERRORIST LEADER (V.O.)So, clearly wages have stagnated,while GDP has risen steadily --

LANAShit. Which one is GDP again?

Lana begins to read through some papers when an alarm goesoff. She begins to look for the source when more alarms go

off creating a deafening cacophony.

PAM(groggy)

Think you got enough motiondetectors?

Lana notices the terrorists breaking into the exchange.

LANAShit, theyre coming in through oneof the side entrances.

PAMSeriously? About time! Lets kicksome ass!

Pam stands up, her naked body on full display.

LANAUm... maybe do some prepping first.

Six masked terrorists walk down a hallway with bags ofequipment. The Terrorist Leader, TERRORIST TWO, and JEFFtalk while the others follow silently.

TERRORIST LEADERYeah, too easy...

JEFFMaybe we caught them off-guard.


Pam and Lana stand at the end of the floor.

PAMHoly shit, my head is killing me.

LANA(whispers)

SHH! Theyre heading this way, soyoure gonna have to deal with it.I called everyone, but they wontbe here for a few minutes.

PAMOkay, Okay, Im good. Where do youwant me?

LANAUm... take the high ground.

PAM

Pam hides up near the exchange bell overlooking the floor.Lana hides behind the nearest cover as the terrorists enterthe exchange floor from a side entrance.

The terrorists begin to unpack explosives. Lana begins tosneak closer as the terrorists talk amongst themselves.

TERRORIST LEADEROkay... Were blowing up the stockexchange, because its a symbol ofcorporate greed. With the symboldestroyed, the market will start to

collapse due to lack of confidence.Then theyll have no choice but tocreate a fairer financial system.

JEFFPlus, when the stock marketcollapses, currency devalues, andthen the price of gold skyrockets.

TERRORIST LEADER
