1. The Sage Trade-Up offer allows you to Trade-In any existing coffee machine and receive money back across selected Sage espresso coffee machines and conducted through Interpay Sales Promotions Limited on behalf of BRG Appliances Limited (hereinafter “Sage” or “We”).

2. The Trade-Up offer is available from 10th April, 2019 to 29th May, 2019 and is open to UK residents only, whilst stocks last. The last date for making a registration online is 12th of June 2019.

7. We will only accept trade in coffee machines from domestic consumers. Trade or commercial customers are excluded from this offer and we reserve the right to decline the claim. Sage and / or authorised retailers have sole discretion to determine valid Trade-In claims. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to accept multiple machines of the same type or stock believed to be sourced from a commercial environment.

8. The Trade-Up discount is only applicable on promotional products listed below and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

9. If you wish to return your product in accordance with the retailer’s returns policy you may do so, provided that you will not be eligible to claim cash back.

10. Any personal data submitted to us will be processed by the data processor - Interpay Sales Promotions, IDA Business & Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland for the purpose of administering this Promotion and, if applicable, for marketing purposes. Interpay Sales Promotions will endeavour to deliver your payment via Bank transfer to your requested account, within 30 days of validation of your claim.
