SIX CATEGORIES OF WCO EXPERTS Diagnostic Facilitators (DF) Conduct holistic organizational assessments and

review organizational reform and modernization programmes.

Customs Modernization Advisors (CMA)

Lead strategic discussion on reform and modernization at a senior Customs level.

Mercator Programme Advisors (MPA) Support administrations with implementation of the WTO TFA.

Technical and Operational Advisors (TOA)
