My Work With Sellers

I am a professional real estate broker/investor who specializes in working with sellers who have properties involved in estates, pre foreclosure, relocation, retirement, tired landlording, divorce, and many more situations. I have been in the business since 1999 and have enjoyed finding solutions for sellers ever since then.

o Oftentimes, sellers want a quick sale. For the right price or terms I can accommodate the seller’s needs by offering your property to my network of real estate investors, and possibly present you with a cash offer that is acceptable so that you can move on with your life.

My work with Buyers

o I work with traditional buyers that have no challenges getting financed for a loan.

o There are many people out there who have bad credit but can afford to make payments. I am able to help get these people qualified to buy on a rent to own program. Before the tenant buyers move into the home, my mortgage broker runs credit to help identify how long it will take to get them qualified and works with the buyers work closely to get their loan closed.

o My buyers get direct access to some of my key power team members to get the deals closed; i.e. my mortgage broker, closing agent, insurance agent, and sometimes my attorney and CPA for additional issues they may need solved.

o Some of my buyers are cash buyers for rehab projects.

Overall, I attempt to provide buyers with the solutions they need to buy a house:

There are several difeferent creative ways to structure deals (except when property is in foreclosure). My

investor buyers have specific guidelines that they must follow when making an offer on a property. The investors

choose their deals carefully and have a system in place to make sure the deals in which we participate in are of the highest caliber.
