Why is it so hard to operationally define? A person’s concept of wellness will vary by who they are, what they do, and what stage of life and employment they are in.

But in general you may offer wellness programs: To control costs on your medical or pharmacyTo promote a culture (the wellness team)Engage your population or “sell” the programs you
