THE TPL 503 SENSOR directly installed on the transformer is able to monitor:

TEMPERATURE, PRESSURE AND LEVEL OF THE OIL

Completely transparent, it offers an excellent level display oil even

at a distance.

The TPL 503 is made with a special material able to work in a

temperature range from - 20°C to + 120°C.

The hermetic seal of the sensor is assured by a test run in immersion.

The sensor data are transmitted via a serial link RS485 to the control

unit NT210, which can be installed directly on the control panel.

TPL 503 Connection

The system NT210 + TPL allows to receive and transmit at a distance (via RS485 Modbus RTU)

the operating parameters of the transformer. It makes available all the measures and any reports of

pre-alarm, release and on / off cooling. The display shows the T-P-L parameters detected without

having to access the cell of the transformer avoiding downtime. The front panel provides quick

access to the memory of the maximum values reached, alarms and parameters of programming.

The LEDs indicate the status of alarms for each measure T-P-L and the selected operating mode

(SCAN-MAN-MAX). The reliability of the system is ensured by a complete self-diagnosis circuit,

able to manage and report abnormalities of the sensor and of the control unit.

TECSYSTEM® introduces the first WEB monitoring system for hermetic oil transformers. Combining the TPL503

system with Netbiter Argos (EasyConnect 250), we offer the ability to monitor the operation of the transformer from

anywhere in the world, at any time, on PC, Smartphone or Tablet.

The Netbiter Gateway is interfaced with TPL503 system via the serial port RS485 Modbus RTU. The

data transmission to the server is made via Ethernet or mobile phone network (GSM/GPRS).
