Congratulations you are now connected!

Step 8: Check InstallationOnce the nbn™ connection is established your ATA will need to go through the initial registration process which can take 5-10 minutes. Your registration is complete when the phone light indicator (located on the front of the ATA) is solid green. If the light is blinking green, this indicates a voicemail message is waiting.

• If the power is connected correctly, the POWER LED will light up green on the front of the router.

• Since the router is pre-configured the WAN LED will turn green.

• If the Ethernet cable is connected, the corresponding Ethernet (LAN) LED will turn green.

• Once you have confirmed the above, open your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari) and go to your favourite website.

Step 7: Connecting your nbn™ devices via Wi-Fi

To connect wirelessly to your nbn™ broadband service:

1. On your wireless device (e.g. smartphone, tablet or laptop) search for the Wireless Network Name (SSID). You can find the SSID on the label on the bottom of your router.

2. Enter your Wireless password/PIN. This can be found on the label on the bottom of your router.

Step 5: Connecting your devices via Ethernet cable:

To connect your device to the nbn™ broadband service via an Ethernet connection, you will need to have your own additional Ethernet cable. Connect one end of your Ethernet cable to one of the orange LAN ports at the back of your router. Then connect the other end to your device’s Ethernet port.

Troubleshooting

Quick TipsIf you are unable to connect to the internet try these quick tips:

▪ Restart the router. To do this turn off the power, leave for 5 minutes and then turn the power and the router back on. Once the lights are on (refer to page 2), open your web browser to connect to the internet.

▪ Alternatively, isolate the router by removing all equipment connected to the router. Then restart the router and connect it to your computer via an ethernet cable – once the lights are on, try to connect to the internet.

▪ If you are still unable to connect to the internet, remove your ethernet cable and attempt to connect wirelessly through Wi-Fi. If you have a successful Wi-Fi connection you may have a malfunctioning ethernet cable. In this case contact ACN Technical Support for further assistance.

Please do not press the reset button unless instructed by ACN Technical Support.

If you have tried all of the above steps, restarted your computer and are still unable to connect to the internet, please contact ACN Technical Support on 1300 881 778.
