We track our cycle time to insure that repairs are completed in a timely manor - 8.4 day YTDWe use a third party vendor to track our CSI - 95.5% YTDWe perform quality control inspections at least three times throughout the repair processAll technicians are ICAR, ASE, or Toyota CertifiedWe have a Toyota Master technician performing all mechanical repairsWe were the only dealer in the Los Angeles region to be honored with the Toyota Collision Excellence award for 2008
