Toy donation guidelines Many thanks for making a big difference to the kids we serve in our hospitals and clinics. Prior to making a donation, please be mindful of the following guidelines: All donated items must be new (store-bought and in original packaging) and may not contain Latex Donations with religious or violent themes are not accepted Infection control guidelines permit us to not accept: gently used items, items that have been stored for an extended period of time and food To respect the privacy of our patients and families, donors are unable to personally deliver gifts to patients For storage reasons and ease of transporting items home from hospital, please keep items to a “grab and go” size (not larger than 12”tall) Wish list Art & craft supplies Small Velvet Art posters Crayons Play-Doh Water color paint Bead kits for all skill levels Markers Colored pencils Model Magic Glue sticks Infants Wrist rattles Teethers Vibrating crib soothers Infant bouncers Oballs Taggies Toddlers & preschoolers Dolls representing all ethnic backgrounds Board games Light-up musical toys Stuffed animals (no larger than 12”) School-aged & teens Lego kits Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars Puzzles (less than 250 pieces) Action hero figures Small, over-the-door basketball hoops Any MKE sports related items Adult coloring books Winter Hats *small quantity/No infant* Items we cannot accept Beanie babies McDonald’s Happy Meal toys Vending machine toys Dollar store items Skateboards Outdoor activities make up Crocheted/knit blankets Completed greeting cards Pillowcases Trading cards/sports cards Comic books Infant Hats Scented toiletries
