Immunoassay – Screen for classification with greater accuracy and sensitivity than POC cup.

Confirmation via LC-MS/MS identifies specific drugs and their metabolites by either:

Qualitative testing – Positive or negative Quantitative testing – Confirms with numeric value of

analyte
