Aqualla Brassware Ltd Terms and Conditions of Business

The under noted terms and conditionsof Aqualla Brassware Ltd supersede allprevious company terms and conditionsunless otherwise agreed in writing by aDirector of Aqualla Brassware Ltd.

Definitions

The seller is Aqualla Brassware Ltd.

The buyer refers to the Company or persons by or on behalf of, whom theorder is generated.

Goods refer to items described on theSellers brochure, invoice or delivery note.

Quotations

Aqualla Brassware Ltd’s quotations areprovisional in so far as they are subjectto change due to any fluctuation in theprice of raw materials or exchange rates.

Delivery

Aqualla Brassware Ltd will endeavour to deliver their products by an agreeddate but will not be liable for any failureto deliver on the agreed date.

Collection by the Buyer or an agent willconstitute delivery.

Warranty

All Aqualla Brassware Ltd towel radiators have a 5 year warranty, andAqualla Brassware Ltd valves have a 2 year warranty. Aqualla Brassware Ltdwill make a discretionary decision to either replace or repair, at their own expense, defects in goods arising fromfaulty workmanship provided that theBuyer will have given written notice to the Seller as soon as is reasonablypractical. Aqualla Brassware Ltd’s liability in respect of any defect will belimited to the repair or replacement ofthe goods in question and if damage or loss occurs to the goods in transit,the Seller shall repair or replace the specified goods provided that notification is made in writing within 7 days of the goods being dispatchedfrom their premises.

Policy of Continuous Improvement

Aqualla Brassware Ltd will continuallystrive to outperform on quality and improvement of products.

Aqualla Brassware Ltd reserve the right to alter or amend any productspecification without prior notice to their customers. Colours are as accurateas the printing process will allow.

Silver is a description of colour, not material used.

Payment and Ownership

The goods shall remain the property ofAqualla Brassware Ltd until the Buyerhas settled the invoice in full.

Aqualla Brassware Ltd will be entitled to repossess the goods and enter ontoany premises where the goods may be located if the Buyer breaches thecontract in any way. This includes actsof insolvency, bankruptcy, attempts tomake arrangements with any creditorsor any petition passed to a Receiver.

If Aqualla Brassware Ltd is placed in anysituation where they have to repossesstheir products, the Buyer will be liable topay the difference between the price of thegoods and their value on repossession.

Should Aqualla Brassware Ltd be entitled to repossess goods and unableto do so for any reason, the Buyer willpay to the Seller the full purchase priceas per their invoice.

Any discount offered to the customer isdetailed on the invoice.

General

No corrosive substances are to beplaced into Aqualla Aromawell as thiscould be hazardous to your health.
