International audience

• Remember you are writing a paper for your local community but INTERNATIONAL readers.

• Heavily discussing local contents will not attract attention.

• Local content is a case study only. Author should present broad overview of the research field.

• You might consider JabRef to search similar and relevant research to be included in the paper.

The motivation refereeing one country (Indonesia) in this case might not be interesting to general international audience in a journal where this paper will be published. The author is strongly suggested to search some other examples not focusing to one country only. This will broaden the information and can be used as a source of international benchmarking.

Mentioning the name of the president might not be relevant for science paper. If required the government of Indonesia would be better.

The importance of the value and characteristics of honesty has caused many studies that investigate and examine about honesty in several perspectives, including the concept of honesty (Mazar, Amir, & Ariely, 2008; Emosda, 2011; and Wibawa, 2013); Implementation of the values of honesty in schools (Suparmini & Nursa’ban, 2012; Setiawan, 2013, and Safitri, 2015); Learning model to improve honesty (Fadillah, 2011; Sugiarti, 2015; and Subiyanto & Wilujeng, 2016); Identification of honesty level through honesty wagon or stall (Nurmadiansyah, 2012; Ilmalana & Jaedun, 2013; Guring, Mudjiman, & Haryanto, 2014; and Reffiane, Saputra, & Hidayat, 2015); and the gap between academic honesty and integrity pact (Herqutanto, 2013; Zaini, 2014).

Referensi yang digunakan sebagianbesar buku dan berbahasaIndonesia. Hal ini menjadi kurangmenarik bagi international readers. Sangat disarankan, mencari dariJURNAL INTERNASIONAL yang relevan, sehingga paper ini tidakdirasakan sebagai local (Indonesia) content saja, kurangmempertimbangkan the standing of international and global knowledge in this research area.

In the context of character education, honest is one of the 18 values of cultural education and character of the nation that must be developed in each student at school. Those values include: 1. Religious; 2. Honest; 3. Tolerant; 4. Discipline; 5. Hard work; 6. Creative; 7. Independent; 8. Democratic; 9. Curious; 10. Nationalist; 11. Patriotic; 12. Achievement-oriented; 13. Communicative and friendly; 14. Peaceful; 15. Keen of reading; 16. Care of Enviroment; 17. Social care; 18. Responsible, which are derived from religion, the Five Principles of Pancasila, culture, and national education goals (Kemendiknas Balitbang Puskur, 2010).

Nyatakan honest in education yang menurut pemahaman (internationally acceptable), contoh …In the context of honestly attribute in education firstly publishe by Fulan bin fulan(1900). He proposed 3 character attribution to the honestty characters, i.e. this 1, this 2 and this 3.

Kemudian baru dijelaskan di Indonesia atau specific local, tetapi tetapmenunjukkan wawasan yang comprehensive disekitarnya. Contohnya …..In some countries and local societies, the honestly are defined differently or inclusively involved some additional values considering the cultural and inherited cultural and religious values. In western countries, …. jelaskan disini honesty di negara barat… (juga sumber dari mana, tetapi jangan dari buku, tetapi daripublished article), whereas in arabic countries (sebagai contohnya saja, bisa darimana-mana), honesty values are mostly taken and adopted from the devinedreligious verses. For Indonesia, the honestly values are formally defined and endorsed by the government as documented in the ministry of education (letakkan submbernyadisini) comprises 18 values …..dst.

findings (collected data) mean.• Includes a comprehensive summary of the findings• Relate the conclusions to the research questions. Focus

only on conclusions that help solve the original challenge.

• Ends with statement which will lead to the recommendation

Rating the manuscript• Originality/Novelty: Is the question original and well defined? Do the results

provide an advance in current knowledge?• Significance: Are the results interpreted appropriately? Are they significant? Are all

conclusions justified and supported by the results? Are hypotheses and speculations carefully identified as such?

• Quality of Presentation: Is the article written in an appropriate way? Are the data and analyses presented appropriately? Are the highest standards for presentation of the results used?

• Scientific Soundness: is the study correctly designed and technically sound? Are the analyses performed with the highest technical standards? Are the data robust enough to draw the conclusions? Are the methods, tools, software, and reagents described with sufficient details to allow another researcher to reproduce the results?
