Introduction

• A lot of graduates facing a problem while seeking jobs.• The problem comes from

– the ways of notifications about the job available position,– the mediator media used for this notification. – Most of the job seekers do

• not know about the available job positions at the right time, • might know only by the job closing date or around that.

– This might lead to• lose opportunities, and • due to less number of applicants,

• the employers – may find some difficulties in finding the qualified and well trainee

employees.– a miss matching. – This certainly will lead to bad performance in the public sector.

• supported by infrastructure and by 6 support areas:

o Infrastructure √ - at least for first phase

o People Employer, employee, ITS Specialists (we are ready), Intermediary (GPC)

o Public policy – Legal, policy (National Service Act)

o Notification/publicationo Should be close touch to employee

o Support services These range from content creation to interview and exams to employee’s

selection.

o Partnerships Throughout chain (Schools -> GPC-> Institutes -> assign position)
