BALLOON TOUR EXPERIENCE Get ready for an early start!

Ballooning is best done at sunrise as this is the calmest and most beautiful time of day. The landscape here is perfect for flying. The Balloon flight lasts more than 1 hour (50-55 Km), and concludes with traditional champagne breakfast. The whole experience will take approx 3 hours. It starts at the launch field at 6:00 a.m. from Montisi, a small village 30 km far from Montalcino. The inflation takes about 30-40 minutes. While waiting, coffee, cappuccino or tea, will be served. CHOCOLATE TOUR EXPERIENCE You will dedicate the morning to the Perugia city sightseeing, then you will visit the Casa del Cioccolato and the gift shop of Perugina. COOKING CLASS EXPERIENCE

The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan recipes to enjoy the freshness of traditional Italian dishes, cooked in an evocative organic farm in the Crete Senesi hills or in the school in the center of Siena. The classes are held in a friendly atmosphere. Participants cook and eat dishes prepared using fresh and organic ingredients. BRUNELLO WINE TOUR EXPERIENCE The first stop will be to a Brunello winery where you will taste an amazing Brunello wine and an intense extra virgin olive oil. You will visit the winery’s grounds and the historic cellars. Next stop is the town of Montalcino, having lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant and then have time to explore the town’s narrow winding streets. You will take a look at Montalcino’s famous fortezza, with its spectacular view from the ramparts. Later in the afternoon we will visit another top rated Brunello winery. A short visit to Sant’Antimo Abbey may also be part of this wonderful excursion, depending on our time constraints.
