__ One completed and signed application per person per country. India application will be submitted on your

behalf by GenVisa staff, using the information provided on India E-Visa Request form enclosed in the kit.

__ A copy of your flight/travel itinerary in each applicant’s name provided by the tour operator.

__ A clear photocopy of Driver’s License as proof of residence for each person.

__ A clear photocopy of the Alien Registration Card for Non-US citizens, permanent residents in the US.

Eligibility:

1. International Travelers whose sole objective of visiting India is recreation,sightseeing, casual visit to meet friends or relatives, short duration medicaltreatment or casual business visit.

a. Passport should have at least six months validity.b. International Travelers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket,

with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.c. International Travelers having Pakistani Passport or Pakistani origin have

to apply for regular Visa at Indian Mission.d. Not available to Diplomatic/Official Passport Holders.

Instructions for E-Visa:

1. Applicants of the eligible countries may apply on-line minimum 4 days inadvance of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days. Example: If you areapplying on 1st September then applicant can select arrival date from 5th ofSeptember to 4th of January.

2. E-Visa fee, once submitted, is nonrefundable.3. Applicant should carry a copy of E-Visa along with him/her at the time of travel.4. Biometric details of the applicant will be captured at Immigration on arrival in

India.5. The validity of tourist E-Visa is 365 days from the date of issue for a stay up to

180 days for citizens of USA , UK, Canada and Japan from the date of arrival inIndia.

6. E-Visa is valid for entry through 25 designated Airports (i.e. Ahmedabad,Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh, Cochin,Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow,Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum,Varanasi & &Vishakhapatnam) and designated seaports (Cochin, Goa, Mangalore, Chennai,Mumbai).

7. Tourist E-Visa, once issued on arrival, cannot be extended.
