KUTINA – EMBRACED BY LONJSKO POLJE AND GRAPEVINE HILLS

Kutina - in just a few kilometers' range is touched by the realm of the Lonjsko Polje (the Lonia Field) wetland nature park on one side and the heavenly beautiful winegrowing hills of Moslavačka Gora (Moslavina Mountain) on the other. Feel her touch in the embrace of Lonjsko Lolje and the grapevine hills!Along with its contemporary postcard, Kutina also tells you the stories of the past times - from ancient Roman findings in the Kutinska Lipa archaeological site and the traditional wooden architecture in Radićeva and Crkvena streets to the exhibits in the archaeological, historical and ethnological collections of the Moslavina Museum and Gallery with works by many prominent artists. In addition to the folklore parades in the town squares, listen to traditional folk songs and dances, and do not miss the impeccable performances of most valuable musical works on the stage of the baroque church of St. Mary of Snow on November 10, the Day of the City of Kutina. The city is a friend of children, gathering place of the youth and has a rich sports life. You will be delighted by the cheering atmosphere at both national and international sports events. Kutina toasts with its original wine Škrlet, especially on its international wine days and the traditional celebration of St. Peter's, as well as at culinary competitions, which do not go without sweet deserts with the scent of Kutina's fruit symbol - the quince. The diverse cultural offer, the old traditional dishes of our fishermen, high-quality wines, the closeness to major highways and the capital Zagreb - all this guarantees a good time in Moslavina, the destination that is only now being discovered by domestic and foreign visitors and whose resources are a complete surprise!
