Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Peter has had experience, based in Sydney, leasing and securing sites for a large discount department store group, was responsible for the National Property Portfolio of a large services retail chain of 250 stores and prior to these roles managed the property portfolio of a State Government Statutory Authority prior to ultimately being floated on the stock market. Peter is a Licenced Real Estate Agent and has completed the requirements of the Australian Institute of Valuers and Land Economists.
