mountains, verdant valleys and numerous waterfalls. Drifting icebergs, deep blue waters and a spectacular tidewater glacier only add to this natural spectacle’s appeal. Along the shore you might also glimpse brown bears, bald eagles, sea ducks, deer, moose and wolves. Your journey through scenic Endicott Arm Fjord ends with a front-row view of the striking Dawes Glacier. Standing over 600 feet tall and a half-mile wide, this very active icecap is known for its spectacular calving displays which noisily produce huge, chunky icebergs that float in area waters.

Day 4 - Juneau, Alaska1:30 PM Arrival / 10:00 PM Departure

Juneau, the capital of Alaska, was founded during a gold rush in 1880. Today, the former gold-mining town counts among its riches some of Alaska’s most spectacular scenery. Nestled at the foot of Mt. Juneau in the Alaska Panhandle, the city faces the water from the mainland side of Gastineau Channel. Several magnificent fjords are located along the channel coast, and the majestic Mendenhall Glacier is nearby. Take a Whale-Watching cruise from Juneau to see the summer feeding grounds for humpback whales.

Day 5 - Skagway, Alaska7:00 AM Arrival / 6:00 PM Departure

During the 1898 Gold Rush to the Yukon, thousands of gold seekers disembarked ships at the new boomtown of Skagway to begin the 600-mile trek to the goldfields. Many Skagway businesses erected elaborate 2-story false fronts on their buildings, hoping the impression of being more stable and prosperous would entice more customers. You can see many of these restored buildings in Skagway’s Historic District. While in Skagway there are many fun activities like hiking, zip lining and rafting. You can also ride an authentic steam train through the White Pass to Fraser Meadows and back to Skagway, passing mountains, gorges, trestles and tunnels.

Day 5 - Alaska Inside Passage6:30 PM Arrival / 10:30 PM Departure

This evening you will cruise through the scenic Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions travel to during the summer months.

Day 6 - At Sea

Day 7 - Victoria, British Columbia5:30 PM Arrival / 11:59 PM Departure Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on the southern tip on the island of Vancouver. Best known for its mild climate and active outdoor lifestyle, Victoria is very visitor-friendly. Among its many attractions are world-famous gardens, its 150 years of British history, gourmet dining and fantastic shopping. Enjoy a Chinese Lantern lit walk through Butchart Gardens, explore the lavish lifestyle of the old industrialists at Craigdarroch Castle, take a Horse-drawn Trolley on a romantic journey through Victoria or take a Whale-Watching cruise and search for swimming Orcas, Porpoises, Elephant Seals and soaring Bald Eagles.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOU MUST BOARD THE SHIP AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Day 2 - At Sea

Day 3 - Ketchikan, Alaska7:00 AM Arrival /4:00 PM Departure

Consider an optional flightseeing trip to breathtaking Misty Fjords National Monument.

Day 4 -Endicott Arms & Dawes Glacier5:30 AM Arrival /10:00 AM Departure

Seating is solely under the control of the airlines.ADDITIONAL AIRLINE FEES:You will likely incur additional airline checked baggage fees that are not included in the price of the tour. These fees vary by airline and are at the airline’s discretion on each segment of the flight itinerary. Additionally, you may incur optional fees (food, excess baggage, overweight baggage, items of personal nature, etc.) as well. For more information, visit www.eo.travel/travelinfo/airlinefees.aspx.DEVIATIONS:Deviations from the standard cruise program must be submitted in writing and are subject to additional fees, if applicable.Transfers for passengers who deviate are not included.ITINERARY CHANGES:Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this brochure.
