TOUR DE CURE - SIGNATURE TOUR 2018 From Mackay to Midge Point 29 April 2018 Epic Ride To Cure Cancer begins Friday 27 April 2018 Tour de Cure’s Signature Tour 2018 from Mackay to Cairns promises to be as challenging and inspirational as ever. From Friday 27 April to Saturday 5 May, the 227-strong Signature Tour Team will cover 1,110kms starting off in Mackay, through regional communities across far-north Queensland. The aim is to raise more than $2.5 million to fund world-class cancer projects to cure and prevent cancer. Among the riders this year are celebrities Mark Beretta and James Tobin from Sunrise. Across the 9 day tour, the team will visit many different local primary schools and educate more than 5,000 children through Tour de Cure’s Be Fit, Be Healthy, Be Happy program that by making simple, healthy lifestyle choices, they can reduce their cancer risk. Tour de Cure’s Signature Tour 2018 from Mackay to Cairns promises to be as challenging and inspirational as ever.
