Business is much like a relay race. There is a starter who takes thebusiness through the first leg of the business race, then a second runnerprepares for the handing off of the business baton.

Charles Lenzner has been working in the bus industry for over 45 years.Helping his father around the Lenzner garage that stood on the corner ofDuff Road and Mt. Nebo was the early training ground for growing LenznerCoach Lines into Pittsburgh’s premier motorcoach company. Charles feltthat it was vital to allow a home-grown employee to take over the reins andto continue its growth into the future.

The baton of the General Managership waspassed in July 2016 to Walter (Roy)Hoffman, Jr. Roy has almost 26 years ofexperience with Lenzner starting as a driverin his college days and then becoming themanager of the Lenzner Shuttle Division.Charles Lenzner will continue in anassistance capacity during this transitionperiod. Congratulations to Charlie and Roy!
