School competency model for professional development.

Acquiring these competencies will help HR professionals

acquire stage-specific mastery and help them play the

4. A comprehensive range of coursestotus HR School offers a comprehensive range of courses that

have been designed to enhance the competencies that are

5. Clearly defined application requirementstotus HR School has established a range of workplace

application requirements for each stage of mastery.

Completing the application work enables members to gain a

full appreciation (knowledge, skills and competencies) and

gain full mastery of the stage.

6. Access to powerful developmental relationships - Members will have access to one face to face session

or phone interaction in a year as a part of the

annual membership.

- Mentoring will also be offered as one of the

developmental experiences for participants when

they enroll for a full stage. This mentoring support

will last for four sessions over a

six to seven month period.

7. Ability to learn at one’s pace, maintain continuity and move from courses to full qualificationsMembers can learn at their own pace and get recognised for

every step they take forward

- Level I - Member participants can participate in one

or more stage-specific individual courses and receive

a “Certificate of Appreciation”.

- Level II - Member participants can complete all

courses relevant to a development stage and

receive a “Certificate of Proficiency”.

- Level III - Member participants can complete

all prescribed courses and application work relevant

to a stage of mastery and be awarded a

“Certificate of Mastery”.

Vani holds a Masters in Management and has over 12 years

of experience in the higher education space covering

operations, sales and marketing. Vani is responsible for

Shashwathi Jagadish

- Manager Content Development & Research

Shashwathi holds a Masters in HRD Psychology from the

University of Madras. Shashwathi is responsible for content

development and research insights.

Sumathi Mohan - Manager Member Relations

Sumathi is a Graduate in Commerce from the University of

Madras with over 20 years of corporate experience.

Sumathi is responsible for all aspects of member relations

including member enrolment, member communication,

member services and support.

K. Karthikeyan - Manager Finance

Karthik holds a Masters in Management and has over 11

years of corporate experience. Karthik is responsible for all

aspects of course logistics, administration in addition to

managing Finance and Accounts for the School.
