NOTE: Images used for the Mobile Application examples are based on our iPhone® application version. While similar, the Android® version will be slightly different.

Toto Lynx™ Mobile Application

The Toto Lynx™ mobile App is designed for end users. It allows individuals to alter their personal setting by means of clicking a button. Your system is live so we can access the Toto Lynx™ phone application right now. You can download the Toto Lynx™ Application from the App Store or the Google Play store depending upon your device. After the application is downloaded, a brief tutorial will appear. Swipe through the tutorial and you will be taken to a login screen.

Log-in Screen The Log-in Screen is simply where you sign-in to your Toto Lynx™ account.

- After successful installation of your Toto Lynx™ App we recommend you place it prominently in your Home App Tray.

- When you launch the App you will need to enter your User ID and Password.

o Your User ID will be your mobile phone number. Your initial password is included in the email received from your Company’s designated Account Administrator.

o Note: After you log into your App and place calls, Toto Lynx™ will initiate the connection then instantly call back your phone. Be sure to answer the subsequent incoming call! This incoming call is simply shielding your personal number and establishing your business identity.

Status Tab

The Status Tab is where you manage your availability, and will be reflected in the Contacts Tab for all your co-workers.

- You will be taken to your Status Tab upon logging in.

- These statuses’ notify the system that you are ‘unavailable’ and take you out of any call queue from within your Answer Groups. It’s important to note that setting any status other than ‘Available’ will remove your phone number from Answer Groups. You will be placed in call queues again after the duration of the absence is complete.

- Your Status choices include: o Meeting o Lunch o Home o Busy o Away o Vacation

- Each status has its own icon – which will appear alongside the contact name. This Tab will also show the availability of Toto Lynx™ user contacts within your company.

o Click on time bar; a calendar/clock scroll

o Use the scroll bar to change to a new time and date for your status duration

o Confirm the new time/date by touching anywhere outside the time bar

o To reset to ‘Available’ (or change to a new status) simply click the ‘X’ in your time bar

Don’t forget to change your Status to Available when you are available, so you can get calls transferred to you!

Settings Screen

The Settings Screen is where you log in and out of your Company private phone system. It is also where users can select the Company display number.

- At the top left of your Status screen you will notice the ‘Settings’ icon. When the “Settings icon is clicked you will be taken to this screen.

o Press Settings to see the list of default Company numbers available for your device to call out from.

o These are the Company numbers used to manage your identity for calls.

o Notice the option button “Always ask for display number”

If turned on you will always be prompted for which number to use for call identity when receiving and placing calls

If turned off, your phone will use the default number listed in your choices of numbers. You will not be prompted.

- On the top right you can log-out of the Toto Lynx™ application at any time. To log-out of Android® devices, users press the menu button on the device.

- When logged out, all calls made or received will run exclusively under your personal mobile number. Toto Lynx™ is not engaged.

Groups Tab

In the Groups Tab users will see the various Answer Groups for your specific Company departments, teams or organizations. Also from this Tab users are able to turn their member status off entirely, or add/remove themselves to/from specific Answer Groups they are in.

- Each group includes an on-off status button

o Red for on

o White for off

- A Member Status on-off is available to override all individual Answer Group settings and shuts you off everywhere.

- From the Group Tab you can also manage your availability within each Answer Group and shut yourself on/off in each.

o By selecting the “Off” position for any specific group, you are removing your availability within that group. Any incoming calls will be routed to the next available / prioritized member of that group queue.

- You will always have a master “Member Status” button and a “Main Line” group for your Company’s main phone number.

Call Logs Tab

The Call Logs Tab is where you will see all the calls handled by your Answer Groups. This includes all calls to other members in each Answer Group in which you are in.

- Your Call Log maintains a history of calls handled by all members of those Answer Groups in which you are a participant. This provides complete transparency across your entire team. o In this Tab a list of the recently captured

calls to the Company Numbers is listed. The list shows the following information:

The caller number

How the call was handled

Date, time and duration of the call

You can search through your call logs by using the Search bar at the top of the screen

- By clicking on any of the logged calls, you are able to easily initiate a call-back:

o By Calling from your Company Line

o By Calling from your Personal mobile number

o By SMS (text) from your Personal mobile number

Toto Lynx™ Tip

If your “Always ask for Display” option in your Settings Screen is turned off, you can only return calls from your chosen Company line.

Contacts Tab

The Contacts Tab lists your Company Employee contact information with the availability from their Status Tab. No visible icon indicates they are available. You will also see your personal contacts listed separately. These are pulled in from your mobile’s personal address book.

- At the top of Contacts you will notice a separate Tab for your Company “Employee” contacts versus your Personal contacts (which comes from your mobile phone Address Book.

- Employee Contacts are divided into two groupings: individuals and Answer Groups, which are automatically included.

o This contact list is maintained by your Company administrator via our web-based Admin panel.

o The personal contacts are those you already have in your specific mobile phone. You continue to add/delete/edit your personal contacts as you normally do via your phone.

o You will notice that a Status icon is included alongside each of your Company employee contacts, indicating whether they are available, busy or away.

o This status indicator is displayed in real-time but you may also refresh your screen:

For Apple – simply drag your screen downwards to refresh

For Android – click on the refresh icon on the top right of your screen

- You can initiate a call to any Company or Personal contact simply by clicking on their listing. In both cases you are given the option to manage your call identity by calling from your business line OR your personal number.

- When an incoming call to the company number arrives on your phone you have the ability to easily transfer the call. The Status Tab shows you if your colleague is available to have a call transferred to them. Do so by going back into the Contacts Tab and selecting the desired contact. Likewise, you can transfer the call by selecting the transfer call button. After selecting the call button, you can place a call by entering the desired number.

Call Tab

Here is where you can simply dial anyone not already in your address book.

- Pressing the input bar above the dial pad brings up your virtual keyboard for inputting telephone numbers

- Click ‘Call’ to initiate your call

To manage your identity, you will be prompted to place the call via either your Company number, or your Personal number.

Toto Lynx™ will only capture the call log for Company records if your Company number is selected.

After selecting your calling option, Toto Lynx™ will initiate the connection then instantly call back your phone. Be sure to answer the subsequent incoming call!
