Company Profile Company owner, John Bechie, is a 1988 graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in Welding Engineering. Mr. Bechie has 23

years experience in industry, including construction, maintenance, maintenance reliability, engineering, and welding design/QC administration.

Sales Director/Safety Director, Justin Murray, is a 1984 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a BS in Mechanical Power Technology. Mr. Murray has 24 years experience in industry, including construction , maintenance, maintenance reliability and engineering.

Coordination and Logistics Director, Jack Lunsford, has 38 years experience in industry with an emphasis on construction management, sheet metal design, fabrication and installation.

Operations Director, Sean Corbitt, is a 1998 graduate of University of Cincinnati with a BS in Civil Engineering. Mr. Corbitt has 11 years experience in maintenance and reliability of boiler systems, steam turbines, power plant equipment and building construction.

Project Manager, Christopher Hoffman is a 1989 graduate of Ohio State University with a BS in Welding Engineering. Mr. Hoffman has 22 years experience in industry, including construction, maintenance, maintenance reliability, engineering, and welding design/QC administration.

Project Manager and Planning Coordinator, Patti Woods, has 27 years experience in industry with an emphasis on maintenance, maintenance planning, outage coordination/planning and scheduling. Ms. Woods also has vast experience in MRO management.

Glatfelter Paper (Mead Paper )Chillicothe, Ohio. Four of TMS managers are former Mead engineers: John Bechie, Justin Murray, Sean Corbitt and Christopher Hoffman.

While working at Mead Paper , all of the above engineers performed extensive work in all areas of the mill.

John Bechie and Christopher Hoffman ran the mill QC Program for all pressure vessels.

John Bechie, Christopher Hoffman and Sean Corbitt all oversaw many projects in black liquor systems, recovery boiler projects, coal fired boiler projects , all types of power generation equipment and turbine rebuilds.

John Bechie and Justin Murray oversaw projects in the pulp mill, evaporators, digesters, green liquor systems, white liquor systems, lime kiln and black liquor systems.

Chris Hoffman – Power & Recovery Boiler Experience (10Y) Dayton Power & Light (4Y) – Four 600 MW, Coal-Fired, B&W Units Secondary Superheater Section – Involved in Engineering & Construction supervision of Tube Material Upgrade from T22 to T91 to increase SSH section life. Waterwall & Economizer – Engineering & Construction supervision of section replacements. Coal Handling – Unloading, Conveyor, Shuttle-Car replacements & repairs. Pulverizer, Primary Air Fan, FD, & ID Fan replacements & repairs. Work Examples - PaperTemple Inland Container CorporationMaysville, Ky. For Temple Inland, TMS has changed rolls, pumps, motors, gear reducers, couplings, bearings, doctor assemblies, agitators, performed alignments and other types of paper machine maintenance. We have also performed capital work including installing an Enerquin blow box system in the second dryer section, installation of a GL&V head-box with large 316L stainless approach piping, Installation of new hood above new dryer section installation in size press location. TMS also performed installation of a new felt roll re-configuration capital project, which included new frame-work and new felt rolls.

Smurfit Stone ContainerCoshocton, Ohio TMS has performed work in all areas of the mill, which includes power piping, valves, digester rebuilds, paper machine pumps, machine components, pulpers, stainless approach piping systems and much more.

Sonoco PaperLancaster, Ohio TMS was awarded a project to rebuild the last dryer section, including new frame-work, installation of five new dryer cans, moving other dryer cans, demo of existing drive and installation of new drive including new drive foundation. TMS also performed regular outage work at this mill.


Appleton Papers CorporationWest Carrollton, Ohio For Appleton paper machines, TMS has changed rolls, pumps, motors, gear reducers, couplings, fans, bearings, doctor assemblies, agitators, performed alignments and other types of paper machine maintenance. We have also performed capital work including rebuilding wet end wire stretch system, rebuilding an on-line coater system, rebuild of GL&V winder drive and back-stands and waste treatment screw press.

For Appleton utilities, TMS has inspected and repaired F. D. and I. D. Fans and fan bearings, and alignment, replace fan rotor on F.D. fan, rebuilt coal feeders, replaced Detroit stoker hydraulic drive system for grates, D.A. system inspection, all types of paper machine equipment and repair and other various work.

Temple Inland Container CorporationNewport, Indiana For Temple Inland, TMS has performed capital installations including a new refiner installation withbuilding structural rebuilds; Calander stack upgrade/rebuild; Top – Ply Former upgrade capitalproject and other various maintenance work.


Enerquin Air, Inc. / Rand-Whitney Containerboard CorporationMontville, Connecticut TMS successfully completed a turn-key installation of a paper machine dryer blow box system. This project included installation of structural steel, fans, motors, ducting, machine blow boxes on the paper machine.

Domtar PaperMultiple Locations

TMS works in six Domtar facilities, which include five mills; Hawesville, KY, Kingsport, TN, Plymouth, NC, Baileyville, Maine, Johnsonburg, PA and the converting facility in Washington CH, Ohio.

For Domtar TMS has changed/installed rolls, pumps, motors, gear reducers, couplings, fans,bearings, doctor assemblies, piping, agitators, performed alignments and other types of paper machine Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance.


Wausau Paper, Bay West MillMiddletown, Ohio TMS has worked at this mill for many years performing regular maintenance and capital work. Examples are rebuild of dryer section after major crash, which included removing hood, dryers, framework, gearing, bearing assemblies, then moving existing dryers, installing new dryers and rebuild of section, with start up ahead of plan. Also, complete disassembly and rebuild of Hi-con pulper and drive, with new foundations and drive base assemblies.


International PaperMultiple Locations

TMS works in six International Paper mills; Riegelwood, NC, Georgetown, SC, Vicksburg, MS, Mansfield, LA, Selma, AL and Pine Hill, AL.

For Riegelwood, TMS has performed cold outage maintenance on machine gear sets, press arm work on fluff pulp machine and various other maintenance. For Georgetown, TMS has worked on R-stamp vessels. For Pine Hill, TMS was awarded a capital project to upgrade part of the woodyard screen system. For Mansfield, TMS was awarded a steam/condensate piping project and other outage work.


Temple Inland Container CorporationRome, GA. For Temple Inland, TMS has changed rolls, pumps, motors, gear reducers, couplings, bearings, doctor assemblies, agitators, performed alignments and other types of paper machine maintenance. We have also performed capital work in both the paper machine area, recycle system and in the woodyard.

Clearwater PaperArkansas City, AR. For Clearwater Paper, TMS has performed routine maintenance work, outage maintenance work and capital project work.


Mead Paper (Now Glatfelter)Chillicothe, Ohio John Bechie, Justin Murray worked in Maintenance Management in the paper machines.

John Bechie worked on #10, #11 and #12 on one side and on the paper machines at the coated mill Chilpaco. John also worked on these machines with Total Maintenance Services as a contractor.

John installed #57 winder including foundation, base plates, drives, cranes and winder, all done in 10 shifts, including demo of old #52 winder.

John was in maintenance and was involved in #10 PM rebuild, which included installation of new head-box, fourdrinier and press section. Installation included demo of old, new sole plates and machinery installation.

John, as a contractor, installed new sectional dryer drives on #23 paper machine.

Justin was maintenance superintendent at Chilpaco and was the lead for a new dryer section installation , new sectional drives conversion (lines-haft system taken out also)and hood rebuild on #23 paper machine.

Justin was on the management team that was involved in the installation of new Valmet Sym-sizers on #23 and #24 paper machines.

Both John and Justin have been involved in many other equipment installations, including pumps, refiners, screens, pulpers, vacuum pumps, p-d pumps, centrifugal pumps, gear boxes, hydraulic systems, tanks , new dryer steam system installations, new fourdrinier replacement and more.



Work Examples – Food & BeverageKerry Specialty IngredientsCovington, Ohio TMS was awarded work for an overall capital expansion project for the Covington, Ohio facility. TMS was involved in the installation of stainless ducting, copper and power piping installations.

Imperial SugarPort Wentworth, Georgia

TMS was awarded a project to install rotating equipment, separator cyclones, packaging equipment, conveyors and palletizing equipment.

Tate & LyleDayton, Ohio For Tate & Lyle, TMS has installed sanitary piping and performed R-stamp boiler repairs.

General MillsWellston, Ohio

TMS has installed piping systems and sheet metal wash-down equipment/building cladding.


Anheuser Busch, Metal Container CorporationColumbus, Ohio Can Plant

For MCC, TMS is one of the main contractors that perform maintenance on the can washers. We also work on capital project installations throughout their facility. Most of the welding TMS does at this facility is stainless steel welding of machinery, tanks and piping.

Woeber Mustard CompanySpringfield, Ohio. TMS was awarded the mechanical and electrical packages to install the equipment, structural steel, piping and plc control systems in a new vinegar production plant at the mustard production facility.

All project work went according to plan and all systems are working as designed.

Kerry Specialty IngredientsFredericksburg, Iowa TMS was awarded work for an overall capital expansion project for the Fredericksburg, Iowa facility.

TMS was the main mechanical contractor installing tanks, pumps, stainless steel sanitary piping, building renovations, sheet metal wash-down stations and more planned at this facility including conveyor installations, freezer installations and more piping.

Work Examples – Other IndustriesMarathon PetroleumCatlettsburg, KY TMS was awarded a project to install an explosion proof HVAC, negative pressure system in one of the waste treatment buildings. This project included ducting, HVAC unit, controls and wiring. TMS has done routine duct work at this refinery and also just finished up a medium sized pump/base replacement which required API specification controls on grouting and alignment.

TMS has been engaged in integrating within the Marathon system and is qualified to work in any Marathon facility.

Honda of America and Global PerformanceGreensburg, Indiana For Honda of America/Global Performance, TMS successfully completed a mechanical project .This project mainly consisted of piping and large sheet metal fabrications/installation throughout the plant.

TMS had on-site project management personnel and presently has a great working Relationship with both Honda and Global Performance. TMS continues to work for Honda in this plant.

Austin Powder CompanyMcArthur, Ohio TMS successfully completed a turn-key construction of a bulk plant designed for emulsion of ammonium nitrate explosives production. Mr. Sean Corbitt, Civil Engineer was the project manager. This work included construction of tank and production building foundations, building construction, tank installation, all utilities above and below ground and includes process equipment installation.


Valero, Ethanol PlantBloomingburg, Ohio TMS performs outage maintenance and capital project work for Valero on various equipment.

Dayton Power & LightO.H. Hutchings Station, Miamisburg, Ohio; Yankee Station, Dayton, Ohio, Killen Station, Aberdeen, Ohio and JM Stuart Station, Manchester, Ohio TMS has performed work on many systems at these two power plants. Work includes rebuilds of large F.D. and I. D. fans, pumps, installation of ducting, precipitator work, heat exchanger work, piping, coalHandling system work, minor turbine inspection work, various pumps including feed water pump Replacements and other various work.

TMS was awarded a project to rebuild turbine duct system. Ducting replacement with stainless steel baffles, 8’ x 10 ‘ x 25’ , 40,000 lb. duct replacement. Project required much rigging, welding, sheet metal and millwright work.

TMS was awarded a project to demolish old and install new soot blower piping system on the boilers at JM Stuart Station.

TMS also performs gas turbine rebuilds with OEM at various locations.


PPG CorporationCircleville, Ohio For PPG, TMS works on pumps, piping, various handing equipment and performs R-stamp repairs to process tanks. TMS has performed extensive stainless steel tank repairs at this facility.

YUSA Automotive CorporationWashington Court House, Ohio

For YUSA, TMS installs piping, electrical systems, fans and moving various line equipment. We have also performed many capital projects including installing the 2006 Honda Civic parts line.
