TORNADOS

DEFINITION
Is a violent whirlwinds which star from clouds to
the earth’s surface.
CAUSES
Tornadoes it formed when cold and hot air come
together
When the clouds grow larges and larges in only
one place.
EFFECTS
Economic: flooding farmlands, Disruption energy
production.
Environmental: destroying buildings and trees,
Water contamination.
Social: food/water, electricity.
LOCATION OF TORNADOS
The tornadoes the location is central part of
United State this this happen more in summer.
PREVENTION
This does not have a prevention because is a natural
disasters, but for this situation we have to #1 try to
put up as many walls as possible between you and the
outside walls of the building.
#2 if you are in a vehicle instead leave and go to
lowest floor of a building.
#3 always go to part where is low: go to a basement

#1 in this map show us how Texas, Oklahoma,
Kansas, Colorado and Nebraska has been affected a
lot from the tornado Alley because there the cold dry
air and warm dry air mix together and cause
tornadoes, there is where the tornado happen the
most

the total of tornadoes is more, between 1950 to 2008
is more high the amount of tornadoes in the United
State.

evidence #3 is a graph this show us how tornadoes
increase over the year in 1950 the amount of
tornadoes were 130, but in 2007 is completely
different the amount is 1170 tornadoes.

CONCLUSION
Tornadoes had being happening over the years.
My hypothesis is that 100 years later the country
would be completely destroy, because the number of
tornadoes are increasing over the years.
