President’s Message ear IB Families, The end of the school year is approaching very quickly and we have a lot going on with IB Boosters. Junior Pinning was a spectacular event in April and we are looking forward to Coffee House and our school year ending Senior Celebration. Here are a few loose ends that we need to focus on right now: 1. Senior Celebration RSVPs The deadline to RSVP is May 15th so please get those in ASAP. 2. Coffee House/General IB Booster Meeting Please come out on April 30th to see the talents of our IB Juniors and Seniors. We will vote in the new IB Board Executive Committee at 6:45 before Coffee House begins. 3. IB/AP Exam Proctors We need IB and AP Exam Proctors! Please go to the website www.proctorsignup.com to sign up! Also, I have some exciting news about IB Boosters Senior Scholarships. After several years of planning, IB Boosters will be giving out four $500 scholarships at Senior Celebration. This will be a random drawing and the only requirements are that the family has joined IB Boosters and is an IB Senior. So, if you have not joined IB Boosters this school year, you can join by May 15th to be eligible for the scholarships. Thanks again to all of you that have. The final marking period began on March 16, 2015. As the year comes to a close, please encourage students to finish strong. This includes coming to school every day and completing all coursework.
Thursday, April 30, 2015, will be the IB Coffeehouse starting at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria. This is a wonderful evening where we are treated to performances from our IB students.
IB/AP exams begin on Monday, May 4, 2015. All IB exams will be administered at the Stavros Center. Please make sure that the students know where they are going and the time they need to be there. The IB exam schedule will be posted on our IB webpage.
Please continue to check our webpage at www.phuhs.org under “Programs” click on “IB.” This is where you will find the most up to date information for the IB program.

Treasurer’s ReportTreasurer Judy Lawrence presents the monthly Treasurer’s Report for March 2015. The club began March 2015 with an opening cash balance of $7,140.
The club’s Year-to-Date Revenue and Expenditures collected are $21,836 and $20,959 respectively. As a result, the club’s ending cash balance at March 31, 2015 is $12,732.
