What is the Dewey Decimal System?

It is an organizational system for books so that we can keep the books in order by subjects.

It assigns Dewey Decimal Numbers to Non-Fiction books only.

This keeps all the books about dinosaurs, or the weather or arts and crafts together.

Fiction books are stories that are created by the author. They may have some realistic persons, places, or events in the story, but the majority is from the author’s imagination
