Topdrive310 series inverters are high performance open loop vector inverters for controlling asynchronous AC induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Applying the most advanced sensorless vector control technology which keeps pace with the leading international technology and DSP control systems, the product enhances it’s reliability to meet the requirement of environment adaptability, customized and industrialized design with optimized functions, flexible application and reliable performance.

Topdrive Studio software is based on the inverter monitoring system with serial ports and Ethernet. It not only can modify and save the function codes of the inverters, but can also be used as an oscilloscope to collect and analyze waveform data.

Keypad Bracket Used to install LED or LCD keypad flush on the front of cabinet door.
Reactors
Input (Line) Reactor Improve the power factor of the input side of the inverter and control higher harmonic current.
Output (Load) ReactorProlong the effective transitting distance of the inverter and control the sudden high voltage when switching on/off the IGBT of the inverter.
DC ReactorDC reactors (link chokes) improve the power factor of the input side of the inverter and control higher harmonic current.
Filters
Input FilterControl the electromagnetic interference generated from the inverter, to be installed close to the input terminal side of the inverter.
Output FilterControl the interference from the output side of the inverter, to be installed close to the output terminals of the inverter.
Braking Resistors and Braking Units
Braking Resistors and DBUUsed to shorten deceleration time. Embedded braking transistor are built-in ≤30kW for TD310 series. Above 30kW dynamic braking units are available.
Ingress Protection IP21/NEMA 1 KitIP21/NEMA 1 kit for frames 1 to 5. Includes terminal cover and cable gland plate for standard conduit connection along with a top cover for protection from vertically dripping water. Complies with UL Type 1 requirements.
Flanges Flange Mount Plate Flange mounting plates available from frames 1 though 5 for flange mounting inside panel.
