About Access GenerationAs a social enterprise, we provide free practical guidance online to encourage the employment of the next generation of talent.

To do this, we are conducting research interviews with companies that are already actively recruiting 16 to 24 year olds either through entry level roles, apprenticeship or graduate schemes.
