The materials shown in this document are the only approved national POP materials at this time. The national POP waves shown below are out of date and should no longer be on display. The only exception is any POP material supporting regional promotions in which your location may be participating.

2. How do I order more materials?

5. What is the difference between Club CITGO Premium and Club CITGO locations?

Club CITGO Premium locations have signed up to accept deals and rewards in addition to being part of all sweepstakes. They are listed in color on the app. Club CITGO locations are listed in black and white on the app and are active for sweepstakes, where allowed by law. See the chart below for further benefits.

If you are a Club CITGO Premium location in DE, NJ or VA, you will receive all POP shown on the previous pages EXCEPT the Club CITGO Win Gas for a Year cooler decal and wobbler.

You will also have a Rewards Card/Club CITGO graphic card and take ones.

7. What if I’m not a Club CITGO Premium location?

If you are not a Club CITGO Premium location, you will not receive any Club CITGO materials with a Snag $9 Off message. (e.g., cooler decal, front door strip, tent card, lug-on and wobbler)

8. What if I don’t want to participate in CITGO-sponsored sweepstakes such as Win Gas for a Year?

All CITGO locations are able to participate in CITGO-sponsored sweepstakes, where allowed by law. If you are a Retailer and do not wish to participate in sweepstakes, email [email protected] and provide your name, phone number and CITGO location number to opt out. Participation in sweepstakes is offered at no additional cost and locations that choose to opt out are not penalized by CITGO.

1. What is TriCLEAN gasoline?

TriCLEAN gasoline is an enhanced, custom-blended fuel that includes more nitrogen cleaning agents to keep vital engine parts clean for a smoother running engine that maximizes mileage and minimizes emissions. With continuous use, TriCLEAN gasoline:

• Meets or exceeds Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements.

• Maintains intake valve cleanliness to avoid hesitation and poor drivability.

• Maintains fuel injector cleanliness to avoid rough idle, poor drivability, loss of power and increased emissions.

• Prevents performance-robbing valve deposits as compared to inferior gasoline.

• Contains more nitrogen cleaning agents.

• Maximizes mileage while minimizing exhaust emissions.

2. What is TOP TIER gasoline?

TOP TIER gasoline is a stringent standard for gasoline detergent additive performance set forth by some of the world’s top automakers, which surpasses the existing standards set forth by the EPA. 3. Are all grades of CITGO TriCLEAN gasoline TOP TIER?

Yes. The TOP TIER designation identifies a standard of detergent additives, unrelated to octane levels. All three grades of TriCLEAN gasoline are TOP TIER gasoline.

4. Why is TOP TIER gasoline important to consumers?

From independent research, CITGO has learned consumers are increasingly concerned with the quality of the gas they purchase. Additionally, research has shown drivers understand what TOP TIER means, and the TOP TIER designation helps them feel even better about purchasing gasoline at your locally owned CITGO.

5. What information supports the claim data provided in question 1?

Our gasoline additive supplier conducted engine tests with four sources of CITGO gasoline to determine engine cleanliness and response to detergent additives. CITGO determined the additive dosage for each gasoline to provide the desired level of engine cleanliness. CITGO gasoline is:

• Custom blended.

• Tailored for diverse regions.

6. Why do we call it TriCLEAN?

We call our enhanced quality gasoline TriCLEAN, because with continuous use it:

1. Cleans fuel injectors.

2. Cleans intake valves.
