Top Ten Animes You Should Watch!

Warning: This is my own opinion!! Some people might have different opinions!

#10- Fullmetal Alchemist

After losing their mother, Alphonse and Edward Elric attempt to bring her back using the forbidden science of human alchemy. However, alchemy operates on the theory of equivalent trade, and breaking the human alchemy info carries a heavy price. Ed loses his leg, and Al loses his body. Ed is able to seal Al's soul inside of a huge suit of armor, at the cost of his arm. Years later, Ed (now with two mechanical limbs) and Al (still trapped in the armor) leave their childhood home, each brother concerned with the other's happiness. Ed, who has a natural talent and skill for alchemy, becomes nationally certified and is soon known everywhere as the "Fullmetal Alchemist." Their true objective is to search for any information on the fabled Philosopher's Stone, hoping it will allow them to regain their old bodies

Genre- Adventure, Drama, Fantasy

My Opinion- Though I haven’t finished the series, this anime is definitely a memorable one.

#9- Sword Art Online

Gamers never thought that the newest game would turn into a nightmare. Being stuck in a virtual reality game, the protagonist Kirito, and hundreds of other people get stuck in the newest videogame, where when you die in it, you die in real life. The only way to escape it, is to beat the game. If one person beats it, everyone is free. Some people give up, others turn dark. But there is still some who never lost hope and are determined to beat the game and save everyone!

Genre- Action, Adventure, Romance, Fantasy

My Opinion- This Anime is full of romance and has some action. It’s story line is great, but myself personally, would of liked more fighting and action!

My Own Rating- 7/10

#8- Ao no Exorcist/ Blue Exorcist

Rin Okumura’s life changes when he finds out demons are real. And to top it all off, he’s Satans son. He is sent to a school to become an exorcist, along with his twin brother, Yukio. He shows he has a special power from Satan, when his brother doesn’t. The power of the Blue flames is within Rin and after his close father dies, he has one goal. To kill Satan. Rin will meet many friends, make many enemies, and, of course, kill tons of demons. Will Rin and his friends achieve the impossible goal? Or will they die trying.

Genre- Action, Fantasy, Supernatural, Humorous

My Opinion- This is one of my favorite Animes because of the humor and the action! Though I think the story line should’ve been longer, this is a great anime!

My Own Rating- 7.5/10

#7- Hunter X Hunter

Gon is a 12 year old boy who wants to find his father, Ging, who left him with his aunt. What better way then to become a hunter! Entering the hunter exam, Gon meets friends Killua, a 12 year old runaway assassin, Kurapika, a survivor from a destroyed clan, Leorio, a stubborn man who loves money, and many more. Together will they pass the exam, or will they be stopped by some unexpected obstacles.

Genre- Action, Adventure, Super Power

My Opinion- This Anime is full of adventure, action, and has an amazing story line. I would’ve liked some more humor here and there but other then that, no complaints!

My Own Rating- 7.5/10

#6- RWBY

Our story starts with a girl named Ruby Rose. Born in a world full of monsters and awesome weapons, Ruby gets into Beacon Academy, one of the best monster slaying schools, after trying to stop a criminal from robbing a dust shop. Dust is a special power source said to have crated man kind it shelf. After getting to signal, Ruby is put into a group with Whiess, a rich girl with a spoiled, but strong girl, Blake, a mysterious, selfless girl, and Yang, Ruby's older sister who has a fierce attitude, and a big heart.

Genre- Action, Adventure, Humor, Supernatural

My Opinion- This adventurous story is amazing and full of humor and action. There are a few animation errors in it, but it is totally worth watching!

My Own Rating- 8/10

#5- Toriko

In this world, almost everything is edible! In a world like this, there are Bishoku-ya(Luxury food providers) who hunt down these foods just to tastes them. There are also the chefs who play an important role in this world as well, cooking some of the best ingredients to make even better food. This story follows Toriko, a Bishoku-ya who wants to taste all the ingredients in the world, and obtain ‘God’, supposedly the best ingredient in the world. With the help of this teammate, Komatsu, who is a wonderful chef, they stride to get ‘God’ and share it with everyone!

Genre- Action, Adventure, Comedy, Supernatural

My Opinion- This show is very creative and is full of delicious foods that no one would ever dream of!

My Own Rating- 8/10

#4- Naruto/ Naruto Shippuden

This is a world full of ninjas! In this world, there is a boy who was shun by everyone. But the reason wasn’t him, but what was inside him. Naruto, a cheery, troublemaking boy, has the Kyuubi(Nine Tailed Fox) sealed inside him. Entering the Ninja Academy, his dream is to become Hokage, the strongest ninja in his village, so he can be respected. But that dream is going to be difficult with the demon in him? Watch as Naruto makes friends, fights strong foes, and get closer and closer to his dream.

Genre- Action, Comedy, Super Power, Martial Arts

My Opinion- This anime is one of the best, and one of the longest ones made. With 2 different shows, one over 200 episodes and the other over 300, this anime is funny, emotional, and full of action!

My Own Rating- 8.5/10

#3- Fairy Tail

This is a story about magic, mages, and family. It starts with a 17 year old girl named Lucy, who wants to join the best guild in Fiore, Fairy Tail. She meets a young man named Natsu and his companion Happy, the exceed. After finding out Natsu is a Dragon slayer, some one is raised by a dragon, and gets saved by the young man. They then go to Fairy Tail and that’s the beginning of the adventure.

Genre- Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy

My Opinion- This anime has lots of humor and is full of fighting and adventure! The story line is amazing and it is a for sure watch!

My Own Rating- 9/10

#2- Attack on Titan

This anime is about how mankind almost got wiped out by Titans. Titans are typically several stories tall, seem to have no intelligence, devour human beings and, worst of all, seem to do it for the pleasure rather than as a food source. The little humans left, survived by building walls to protect them from the beasts. Flash forward to the present and the city has not seen a Titan in over 100 years. Eren, a teenage boy, and his adopted sister, Mikasa, witness the horror of the walls being knocked down by a Colossal Titan that seemed to appear out of thin air. As the smaller Titans flood the city, the two kids watch in horror as their mother is eaten alive. From then on, Eren vows to avenge their mother and kill all the Titans!

Genre- Gore, Dark, Action, Post-apocalyptic

My Opinion- This is one of my favorite animes because of it’s story line and how awesome it is! This anime has lot’s of gore, but is an absolute watch!

My Own Rating- 10/10

#1- One Piece!

This story starts with a man named Gol D. Roger, the man who was King of the pirates! Just before he was executed, the said these final words. “You want my treasure, you can have it! I left everything I gathered together in one place! Now you just have to find it!” With that said, he influenced the great pirate era! The story follows a young man named Monkey D. Luffy! He sets sail to keep a promise to his idol. He goes to become the next King of the Pirates, not for the gold or treasure, but for the freedom! He vows to collect a strong crew so he can go to the Grand Line and get the One Piece! He also has the help with his Devil Fruit, a mysterious fruit that once the user eats one bite, they get super abilities. His making his body rubber. Doesn’t sound useful right? Well, this show can prove you wrong!

Genre- Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Super Power

My Opinion- This anime is my favorite because it’s funny, it has it’s sad moments, it has lots of fighting, it is full of adventure, and it will knock your socks off!

My Own Rating- 11/10! It’s just that good!
