CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE TOP - Technical caracteristic worktop

PIANO IN LAMINATO POSTFORMATO Il piano di lavoro è composto da un pannello di particelle di legno classe (E1) idrorepellente (V 100) rivestito da laminato ad alta pressione (HPL), molto resistente, che garantisce secondo le norme europee EN 438 alti standard di qualità riferiti alla resistenza al graffio, al calore, alle macchie,all’urto e all’abrasione.

PIANO FENIX NTM BORDO ABS I piani di lavoro FENIX NTM sono realizzati con un materiale innovativo ottenuto con l’ausilio di resine termoplastiche di ultima generazione che si auto-ripara grazie all’utilizzo della nanotecnologie applicata.La superficie decorativa è estremamente chiusa ed in virtù delle sue speciali caratteristiche: Bassa riflessione della luce, superficie estremamente opaca, Anti-impronta, Riparabilità termica dei micrograffi, Morbidezza al tatto, Resistenza ai graffi e all’abrasione, Alta attività di abbattimento della carica batterica, Igienico, Idoneo al contatto con gli alimenti, Facile da pulire, Antimuffa, Antistatico, Idrorepellente, Stabilità dimensionale in presenza di elevata variazione termica, Resisten-za all’urto, Stabilità alla luce, Resistenza al calore secco, Eccellente intensità e profondità del colore, Resistenza allo strofinamento, Elevata resistenza a solventi acidi e ai reagenti di uso domestico, fa di FENIX NTM lo smart surface material adatto a molteplici applicazioni tipiche dell’interior-design.

PIANO AGGLOMERATO ECOQUARZ I piani di lavoro vengono prodotti in lastre di spessore 20/30 con la tecnologia divibro-compattazione sotto vuoto e catalisi a caldo mescolan-do sabbie di quarzo selezionate e resine certificate Vengono normalmente impiegati anche aggregati come vetro, feldspato ed alcuni graniti. Questo sistema è ideale per produrre agglomerati con durezze degli aggregati elevate con notevoli vantaggi in termini di durezza superficiale, resistenza all’abrasione, alle macchie, stabilità dimensionale ed inalterabilità agli agenti chimici. Inoltre non risulta poroso e quindi non assorbe i liquidi.Tutta la gamma Ecoquarz ha ottenuto la certificazione per verificare che il rilascio nell’ambiente interno di sostanze volatili sia al di sotto dei severi limiti previsti. Le lastre in Ecoquarz sono certificate dall’ente NSF secondo la normativa NSF/ANSI 51, che ne assicura l’idoneità al contatto alimentare.

PIANO AGGLOMERATO ECOMARM I piani di lavoro vengono prodotti in lastre di spessore 30 formate da scaglie e graniglie dei marmi più pregiati che si mescolano a resine attentamente selezionate; garantendo notevoli vantaggi in termini di resistenza all’abrasione, stabilità dimensionale ed inalterabilità agli agenti chimici. Tutta la gamma Ecomarm ha ottenuto la certificazione per verificare che il rilascio nell’ambiente interno di sostanze volatili sia al di sotto dei severi limiti previsti. Le lastre in Ecomarm sono certificate dall’ente NSF secondo la normativa NSF/ANSI 51, che ne assicura l’idoneità al contatto alimentare.

PIANO AGGLOMERATO "OKITE" Il piano di lavoro è realizzato con lastre di spessore 20/30 mm di materiale composito ad alto contenuto di silice (quarzo, sabbia e granito), legato sottovuoto con resine poliestere e colorato con pigmenti stabilizzati a raggi UV. Tale piano offre notevoli vantaggi in termini di durezza superficiale, resistenza all’abrasione, stabilità dimensionale ed inalterabilità agli agenti chimici. Inoltre esso non risulta poroso e quindi non assorbe i liquidi.

PIANO AGGLOMERATO “CORIAN®” H 4 - 18 cm Il piano di lavoro è ottenuto dal DuPontTM Corian® che è un materiale solido, non poroso, omogeneo, composto per 1/3 da resine acriliche (polimetil matacrilato, PMMA) e per 2/3 da minerali naturali costituiti principalmente da triidrato di alluminio (ATH), minerale ricavato dalla bauxite con cui si produce l’alluminio. Le superfici di Corian® non consentono la crescita di funghi e batteri ed è certificato come materiale igienico ai sensi della norma internazionale DIN EN ISO 846. È un materiale inerte ed atossico e le superfici possono essere rinnovate e riportate all’aspetto originale con un normale detergente abrasivo e una spugnetta abrasiva.

The worktop have abs surrounding edges with depth 1mm.

FENIX WORKTOP H 2 - 4 - 6 cm ABS EDGE The FENIX NTM worktop are realized by an innovative material made by the aid of last generation thermoplastic resins which are self-repairing thanks to the use of the applied nanotechnology. The decorative surface is really closed and thanks to its special characteristics: Low light reflection, Extremely mat surface, Anti-fingerprint, Thermal reparability of micro-scratches, Touch softness, Scratch and abrasion resistance, High reduction activity of the bacterial load, Hygienic, Suitable with food contact, Easy to clean, Anti-mildew, Antistatic, Water repellent, Dimensional stability in case of high thermal variation, Shock resistance, Light stability, Dry heat resistance, Excellent intensity and depth of color, Wipe resistance, High resistance to solvents, acids and reagents for domestic use, made FENIX NTM the smart surface material suitable for many typical interior-design applications.

ECOQUARZ WORKTOP H 2 - 3 - 4 - 6 cm The worktops are produced in plates thickness 20/30 mm with the wave-compact technology under empty and heat catalysis mixing selected quartz sands and certified resins. Additional materials like glass, feldspar and granite are usually integrated. This system is recommended to produce agglomerate with materials of elevate strength, with notable advantages in terms of superficial strength, resistance to the abrasion, to the stains, dimensional stability and inalterability to the chemical agents. In addition it’s not porous and it doesn’t absorb liquids. All the Ecoquarz line obtained the certification to verify that the release of volatile substances in the indoor environment is under severe provided limits. The Ecoquarz plates are certificate by the NSF corporate according to the norm NSF/ANSI 51, that assures its fitness to the food contact.

ECOMARM WORKTOP H 3 - 4 - 6 cm The worktops are produced in plates thickness 30 mm made by flakes and grits of valuable marbles mixed to resins carefully selected with the wave-compact technology under empty and heat catalysis. This system warranties notable advantages in terms of resistance to the abrasion and dimensional stability. All the Ecomarm line obtained the certification to verify that the release of volatile substances in the indoor environment is under severe provided limits. The Ecomarm plates are certificate by the NSF corporate according to the norm NSF/ANSI 51, that assures its fitness to the food contact.

“OKITE” WORKTOP The worktop is made with a plate depth 30 mm composite material with an high silica substance (quartz, sand and granite), tied vacuum-packedwith polyester resins and colored with engraved pigments with UV rays. This worktop offers notable advantages regarding surface hardness, abrasions resistance, dimensional stability and immutabi-lity to the chemical agents. Moreover it is not porous and it can not absorb liquids.

WORKTOP “CORIAN®” H 4-18 cm It is composed by a material obtained by DuPontTM Corian®. This is a solid, not porous, homogeneous material. Made for one third with acrylic resin (methacrylate polimetil, PMMA) and for the last part with natural materials composed of aluminum trihydrate (ATH) produced from bauxite ore used to produce aluminum. Corian® worktop don’t allow the growth of fungi and bacteria and is certified as a hygienic material under the international direction DIN EN ISO and is an inert and not toxic material. The Corian® can be renovated and brought back to its original state with an ordinary abrasive cleaner and an abrasive pad.
